I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.

The owner of the shop makes everything herself and is amazingly knowledgable about herbs and flowers and their benefits. The vast variety of soaps, balms and salves, and the separate room just for teas. Her Calendula salve was exceptional.
