They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. They even offer smoothies in case you need a quick snack or afternoon pick me up. They have convenient parking in the back of the store. Definitely a Brighton gem!

For example, Better Health has the Mojito flavor of GT's Kombucha while Whole Foods doesn't. I didn't even know this flavor existed before stepping into Better Health! This location is much, much, much smaller than their Novi location. However, they still have a solid selection of health food. There is also a cafe in the back that serves sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and juices. Nearly everything I have had at the cafe has been excellent with the exception of one thing (it was like an uncut sushi roll/sandwhich. The rice was so dried out and it had absolutely no flavor. I couldn't even finish it and it was very expensive!). If you're a vegetarian, the veggie burger is amazing! If you sign up for their texts, you get 10% off every day. They also have 15% off on certain days! However, I feel like their posted prices are slightly higher than Whole Foods, so the 10% off takes it down to regular prices. Finally, I love how they sell food that's almost past the best by or expiration date at a 50%-75% discount. Of course you have to feel comfortable eating this food but I've gotten a great deal on GT's kombucha, organic grass fed cheese, coconut popsicles, and fermented pickles. You can even ask for a discount. I noticed that a kombucha drink was about to expire, so I asked them if they could offer a discount, and they did!

I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.
