If you need a kick-start and really want to learn healthy lifestyle choices - this program is fantastic. My only criticism is around the follow-up and aftercare program. Less than a year later, I am off the program and struggling to 'reset' and regain my footing. I reached out a few times to them to ask for help. They provide a few choices - continue in the after care program after you complete the first portion of the program, or book an appointment and see their nutritionist. I paid to see the nutritionist who really encouraged me to try new recipes, which was not exactly what I needed at the time. The key takeaway for me is that there is no magic bullet. Although I learned a lot, the real work and lifestyle change is really just up to me. Additional pluses? The staff and doctors are great - especially while you are in the program and an active patient. The facility is nice and the programs they do (yoga, meditation, food shopping) are informative and fun. Once you are member, there is a very active Facebook group - a very helpful and supportive group!
