We also had my son and wife's hair checked at the managers request. Lana the manager was exceptionally helpful. She explained everything to us exceptionally thoroughly and told us What needed to be done in the coming days. Rose, The other person working there was also very helpful. What I really liked about this place, was how pushy Lana was with me. She can tell that I was apprehensive about this whole process, and she took charge and told me what needed to be done and what I needed to do. Not only that, she literally explained it to me as if I were an idiot. And I am not being sarcastic. She was incredible. Sometimes I need that. Hopefully we will not have a need to see them again, however, if one of our kids ever does have lice, I will definitely go here.

Even though our girls have grown out of that age, the problem of head lice continues in any school environment. It is very much worth the peace of mind to have a place to go to for expert screening, treatment, and advice - all in one! The products are really great, but a little expensive. The ladies have always been very kind and down-to-earth. The experience can be scary for kids, so they really do a nice job of taking away the stigma of head lice, and calming the children. We do love the PERFECT, tight braids we come out with! The money is WORTH EVERY PENNY!
