They put a pending charge on my card for the full amount, not just a travel charge. They canceled without contacting me. I called them and they said my voicemail is full which is impossible because my voicemail is tied to my email and has unlimited space. I configured my voicemail this way because of all the telemarking calls so I make sure not to miss any messages. No text, no call, no nothing. They don't have any other people around willing to work in Los Angeles according to them. The person on the phone when I called was super rude and hung up on me because I caught her up on her lies! No attempt to fix anything other than saying there technicians car broke down. Make sure they can commit to you before letting them attempt to charge you in full. She had me take pictures of the crusty stuff, and told me that it didn't look like nits. She then dealt with my series of paranoid texts and calls asking if she "was sure."
