They were fantastic and kept our apartment key safe when they were done. Thanks so much!

Two of the appointments, only one cleaning person (half of the "team") show up, so... I had to step in and clean with the ONE lady that DID show up. They sweep/vacuum and mop alongside each other which creates little pieces of wet grime/pet hair and whatever else lands on a wood/vinyl plank floor. My home is easy to clean, with NO CARPET except for one area rug (which they missed vacuuming, all but once). My HVAC has an air scrubber with HEPA filters and I have a portable HEPA air scrubber as well. I shaved my cats so it lessens the hair. They have NOT ONCE emptied my kitchen trash. (I do all the others before they come.) They constantly change the day/date/time of my regularly scheduled cleanings. The very first team they sent out was great, but those girls QUIT the job after a month. The second team has not lived up to the quality of the first. They were supposed to come this week, but they are a NO SHOW and have actually blocked my telephone number. I cannot even wrap my head around the fact that they were supposed to be here TODAY but instead of calling me and having a professional conversation, they blocked my number. Oh, and the 5-star review I left for them elsewhere is getting edited to reflect my true experience. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had with a housekeeping service. Shame on the owner Christine. Not setting a good example for your employees in regard to accountability. I will be attaching photos shortly. I only have carpet on my stairs purchased from Home Depot with a lifetime warranty that is only valid if I have the carpet cleaned once a year. Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!
