When I arrived a few days later, it was immediately obvious that those services had not been performed. * Bathroom cabinets still contained hair and debris * Kitchen sink was visibly dirty * Bathtub contained bugs * Cabinet interiors were not cleaned * Multiple advertised deep-clean items were untouched This was not a minor oversight or a missed spot. The overall condition of the home showed that the deep clean I paid for simply did not occur. When I contacted the owner, he stated he had done a walkthrough and found the work satisfactory. Based on the condition of the property, that claim is extremely concerning. Only $150 of the total fee was refunded. Consumers hire professional cleaners because they expect the advertised services to be performed -- especially when moving from out of state and unable to personally verify the work beforehand. Advertising a detailed "deep clean" and not delivering those services raises serious consumer protection concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to require detailed photo documentation before payment and to carefully review the completed work in person.
