These ladies came on time, introduced themselves, and asked me specifics about what needed to be cleaned. After that, they went right to work on our 2b/2b apartment. They found a few things that we had been looking for while clearing out the rooms and even pointed out the incomplete job the plumbing guy did when moving medical equipment that required pipe access. I appreciate that as we didn't know where these items were. They also didn't mind that we were still clearing our items out of the apartment and kept coming and going. Glen, Lucy, Rose and team at My2Maids came by to do a deep cleaning for a 2,500 square foot home and did an amazing job. The deep cleaning service include the following listed below and the crew spent four hours cleaning the home. The service also include removing paint splattered across LVP floor in the living room and bathrooms, and the home is a new build. Floors mopped three times until the water came out clear. I love My2Maids. Their quote came very timely within an hour from my request. Lucy's team came the next day to clean my 4200 sqf two story home. The crew spent all day to do the deep cleaning. The staff was very corteus and professional. I have a large bulldog mix dog, who sheds a lot. I would give them 20 stars but was only allowed 5. Never used them before and needed what I thought was one time because I was sick. They arranged service in 2 days. They EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. We had no conversation about what I wanted done. They did things I wouldn't have thought of plus. There was a dirty pan soaking in the sink to soften up burned on food and they cleaned it up! Pleasant ladies. On time. Price is reasonable. I am now booking them on a regular basis. I won't even try another service. There is nothing that another service could do that this company doesn't already include in their service. read more
