If you're looking for a quick fish and chicken fix, this is your carry out. The service was with a smile and this prices weren't too bad. I took a pic of the latest menu because the old ones posted had me thinking lunch was gonna be under $10. Fish was a little overcooked, but you get a good amount of food for the price. Different wing flavors available, of course I tried lemon pepper. That lemon was zesty!

Thanks to Yelp for this gem. I typed in catfish in the search and this was one of the listings. This is not the type of dine in for a date but it is great for take out and chill with Netflix at home. It's located next to a convenient store. The area is somewhat off putting but if you go in the day time and can not judge a book by it's cover you won't be disappointed. The woman (who I think is the owner) was at the front and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She even helped me decide on my wing flavor. I got the wing combo in honey garlic with fried rice (she did tell me their fried rice is plain) which I was happy for other options for sides other than fries. The rice was good even to be plain, I added soy sauce when I got home to it and it was fine for me. The wings are cooked perfectly very light breading and we're crispy without being over cooked. The honey garlic sauce was excellent with pieces of garlic in the sauce. It was the perfect combination of flavor and textures. I also ordered the catfish with shrimp combo with fries. The fries are plain straight cut (needed some salt but I added that at home) the catfish says 2 pieces but keep in mind it's 1 whole piece cut in 2 which I was fine with but if your very hungry keep that in mind when ordering. The catfish and shrimp were cooked perfectly crispy and the fries were fresh. I could not ask for a better experience or flavor. The catfish came with their homemade hot sauce, they have 2 versions, hot and hot hot lol I got the milder of the 2 and it was still very hot. If your a fan of heat you will like their hot sauce. My chicken came with ranch and any extra sauces are an additional charge which considering prices now is reasonable. I also had an appetizer of the corn nuggets which we cooked crispy with powdered sugar. Over all this is a solid spot for some good eats. I definitely will be back to try the lemon pepper wings

Lemon pepper wings

The service is fast and the wings flavorful We come at least twice a month if not more

Hands down the best lemon pepper wings in Orlando!

Consistency is key! These wings slap every time! Lemon pepper all flat with fried rice. I also get the fried bass and lemon pepper wings. This is my favorite wing spot when I'm craving lemon pepper, they have it down to a science. Super fresh, crispy, flavorful omg I can go on and on. In an unassuming gas station plaza you'll find heaven

Lemon pepper wings are legit!

Hole in the wall chicken joint at it's best! I've been coming here for years and have waited for it to have it's own yelp page! lol When all i want is some good wings to take home this is my "go-to" Tucked away next to a gas station is this chicken wing treasure that needs to be shared by all! :) A cute asian old couple owns this and it trips me out when they take my order and then relay the message to the kitchen staff in spanish! Picture it! Asian accent en espanol! lol Besides that, the food is legit! Lemon Pepper wings with their hot sauce on the side is the TRUTH! They also have lots of fried fish on the menu... the flounder is good! This place is worth checking out! Those that go... already know!

Horrible!!! I ordered the dinner combo 5 wings 3 piece fish... I pull up to pick up my food. I look in the bag and see no sauce for the fish . So I ask the lady at the front can I have sauce for my fish "tarter sauce ".... she say " no only one sauce per order" ! I say "but I got fish too" she tells me only one sauce per order unbelievable!!!! Service here is trash the place is trash and the fish is 1 piece of fish cut up in 3 pieces !! Horrible WILL NO BE RETURNING!!!

Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful with menu recommendations. My husband enjoyed a glass of wine while I had a delicious mocktail. We started with the freshly baked bread, which was warm, soft, and absolutely delicious. For an appetizer, we shared the Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge, which was fresh and flavorful. For our entrees, I ordered the Prime Filet Mignon, and my husband had the Prime Ribeye. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and were excellent quality. The side dishes are generously portioned, so we shared the Broccoli Au Gratin and the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese. Both were fantastic and complemented the steaks perfectly. To finish the evening, we shared the Chocolate Cake with a scoop of ice cream. Like the sides, dessert was a large portion and perfect for sharing. It was a wonderful ending to an exceptional meal. Overall, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend for a special occasion or an upscale dining experience.

Updating this review from about seven years ago. I came to Reel Fish a while ago, and it was a…read moretruly awful experience. The skimpy amount of seafood I got was not good, not cooked well, or served with undercooked potatoes. It shook me. Especially for a Winter Park restaurant. After my five year statute of limitations passed on repeating restaurants, I looked for the perfect opportunity to come back and try again. I found that opportunity recently with a few friends for brunch. Their brunch menu looked amazing, so we made our reservation and came on by. Ambiance is actually really nice. Right off one of the main WP roads, gigantic windows look out upon the street as passersby roam from shop to shop. Inside looks like an ocean-side sea shack, but an upper middle class one. Very nice little ocean-themed chotchkies adorn the walls, very cozy. Service was also great. Very nice server, very prompt food delivery, and they gave complimentary bread with a delightful butter. I always adore free bread. We started off sharing the Seafood Fritters (Four savory puppies, stuffed with lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, grouper, onions, corn, poblano peppers, served with a zesty tartar sauce). If all five of those seafoods really were in there, there must have been only a few molecules each, but there was undoubtedly flavors from most of that list, and they were accentuated with the poblano. Topped with that zesty tartar, and this was an A+ app. I had the Lobster Benedict Royale (Chunks of Maine lobster on fried green tomatoes & house-baked buttermilk biscuits, topped with poached eggs & Hollandaise, sprinkled with paprika & chopped green onions). This was indulgent. Pure luxury. A warm biscuit with a good flakiness, that fried green tomato with the perfect thickness and thin, delicate coating, and those perfectly cooked jumbo chunks of lobster on top, all covered in an unctuous Hollandaise. Exactly as it sounds, as advertised, the perfect seafood brunch item. I also got to try the Shrimp Frittata (Wild-caught Florida shrimp, fresh eggs, spinach, Campari tomatoes, goat cheese, caramelized onions, baked in a cast-iron skillet, with wheat toast, butter & a little mixed green salad). This was a fun dish. Good shrimps, well-cooked eggs, a nice tang from that goat, and of course a nice crunchy toast to help make it even more interesting. I didn't like that random salad on the side. Just get bigger cast irons and make the frittata bigger. Overall, what a redemption. I'm not sure what was wrong back in the day, but this is a five star place now that I will happily return to when it's time.

Pros: Ambiance is so nice. Right in the cross section of…read morewhere the good places of Winter Park are. Huge windows overlooking the cars passing by on the street. Since valet parking is free, I took advantage of it and headed straight to check in. I was greeted immediately and sent to the table where I could watch the open kitchen. I was told most of the drinks were strong, so I tried the mezcal drink (14 dollars). I forgot the name, but it was smoky, herbal, and lightly boozy. It was such a nice sipping drink. I was very happy that my server was very honest in mentioning the salmon was farmed raised, so I decided to go with the airline chicken instead (26 dollars). Before I was given my chicken, the chef near my table gave me a complimentary hors D'oeuvre. It looked to be a small wonton bowls filled with ahi tuna with some guac topping I think. Whatever it was, I was in heaven. It was fresh and flavorful, making my taste buds happy. When the chicken arrived, it came mostly deboned. It was tender enough, but could have been a little more juicy. It could been a bit more seasoned as well since I tasted mostly chicken without any other flavors. The vegetables, however, were far better as the potatoes were roasted and seasoned perfectly. I thought there would be mostly grilled vegetables, but the potatoes overtook them. The other vegetables were still amazing. I wish there was more of the green salsa, but it was thin. It did, however, added the kick and flavor to the chicken. It was still a very enjoyable entree. For dessert, they handed a separate menu, and I had to do the creme brulee (11 dollars). It was quite generous, but still light enough to finish. The crust was crispy without being too powerful, and the vanilla specks just made the flavor perfect. The service was excellent and professional. When it was time to pay, I showed the email to my server, who got the manager to verify. The manager immediately checked and gave me the twenty dollars off, making the total price before tips about 33 dollars after tax. It was a great deal. Both the manager and server checked up with me on the dinner and were very friendly. The atmosphere is upscale, but t-shirt and jeans are still welcome here. I love the open kitchen, and you are welcome to talk to the chefs. I am so happy I visited Luke's again after a long time. I loved their sister restaurant, Lumas, and was sad they closed a while back ago. While Luke's can be a bit pricey, they still have some items at reasonable prices (like the chicken, burgers, and sandwiches). Plus, if you sign up for their email, you can get promotions as well. And their cocktails are one of the best in Orlando. Definitely still a great restaurant in the Maitland area. Overall: A

My wife raved about the flavor of the chicken in her tacos. The soup and salad packed flavor for their size. My yellowfin tuna was okay. The mango gelato? Fresh, and the perfect way to end the meal. Dylan, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. Prices continue to rise, but the quality continues. The Goong Prik Kluea shrimp were large, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! Our favorite dishes of the night were definitely the chicken Tom Kha soup and the Pa Nang scallops. I love a good Tom Kha soup, and this was easily the best I've ever had! It was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, served over a special dish with a flame underneath to keep it hot throughout the meal, such a nice touch! The other standout was the Pa Nang scallops. Whoever makes the sauce for this dish is a genius! I almost wanted to grab a straw and drink the sauce by itself. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were incredible. Wow!
