I can't believe the lack of accountability. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years, and I completely missed my entire lunch break. What would I gain from fabricating this story? I'm simply informing people about what to expect and how you treat your guests. As I mentioned, I observed several people who ordered after me being served before me, while people around me finished their meals while I sat and waited in vain.
