We absolutely love this place! What a gold mine and a lucky find! The ladies here are so sweet and helpful and create such an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. It's been great seeing our daughter become more and more comfortable playing with other kids as time has gone on. There are new activities every week that develop different skills in the children that are well-thought-out and intentional. I look forward to joining my girls every week, but they visit almost every day! Keep doing what you are doing ladies; this is a terrific spot! read more

They acknowledged the issue, apologized for the miscommunication, and advised by text that a refund would be processed within 1-3 business days. As of 2 weeks later, I have still not received the refund. read more

This place is AMAZING! My two year old goes to the Thursday classes and he looks forward to it every week. He has so much fun running around and trying different skills and playing with all the different items available. They always have such interesting activities every week for the kids and the staff are super kind and attentive. Everything is run so smoothly with room for toddler chaos (my kiddo can't seem to join circle time but they are super adaptable and kind with him). I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere awesome to have their kid learn new skills and socialize with kids their age. read more

My Gym - Sliding at my gym - Kids Activities Near Me - La Verne, California

We started coming to My Gym in La Verne after a neighbor recommended it, and it's been such a great experience for my 16-month-old. We've been a handful of times now, and she always has a blast. The gym itself is very clean, colorful, and safe. Everything is well-padded so if little ones take a tumble, it's not a big deal. The staff and instructors are consistently kind and do a great job engaging with a group of toddlers (which any parent knows is no small task). Classes are 50 minutes long with a nice mix of structured activities, songs, and independent/free play time, so the kids stay interested and active. My daughter's favorites are the swings and the ball pit, and she loves being around other toddlers her age. From a parent's perspective, the whole process is really convenient. Parking is easy, sign-up is online, and scheduling classes through their app is super straightforward. I also love that the morning classes set the tone for the rest of our day: she burns off energy, comes home hungry, and then naps easily (win for both of us). I've also noticed her becoming more confident with climbing and exploring, which is exciting, though it keeps me on my toes at home! Overall, My Gym has been a wonderful place for my toddler to play, learn, and socialize in a safe environment. I'd highly recommend it to parents looking for an engaging activity for their little ones. read more

We've been coming to My Gym almost a year now, and the difference we've seen in our child has been incredible. When we first started, they were shy and hesitant to join in. The instructors and staff have been so patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping them feel comfortable. Over the months, we've watched their confidence grow with every class. They're now excited to participate, willing to try new things, and proud of what they can accomplish. This gym has not only helped build physical skills, but also given our child the self-assurance to step out of their shell. We're so grateful for the welcoming environment and supportive team--it's become one of the highlights of our week! We love Miss Hailee and Miss Shae! read more

We love MyGym Laverne! My review is for the parent who is on the fence about joining. We tried mygym last summer, and although I loved it, and so did my daughter, I wasn't sure I wanted to sign her up at the time. I began to search for something comparable, we tried so many different things, we went to multiple indoor playgrounds, we tried gymnastics and soccer, and we found that mygym was the best fit! I highly recommend the unlimited option, we go 3-5 times a week. My daughter has been going for 5 months now and I've seen her gain so many skills. The coaches at this location are awesome and so are the kids / other families who go here. My daughter tells me "mama I wanna go see my friends at MyGym"! read more

Came here for a birthday party and my boys had a blast! The gym area is clean and well maintained. There were so many things for them to climb, jump on, play with balls, and more. The staff did some structured activities too that all the party goers enjoyed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to host a party or for a safe space for their kid to have fun and get wiggles out! read more

I would 100% recommend My Gym for anyone with toddlers or young kids. It's fun, organized, and completely kid-focused! We attended their Donuts with Dad celebration and all of the kids had an absolute blast! The activities were high-energy, perfectly timed, and age-appropriate. They had obstacle courses, games and group play. My Gym team kept the energy up and the smiles going. The instructors were fun, enthusiastic, and good at engaging every child. read more

We love My Gym La Verne! We've been taking my 5 year old for the past year for Preschool Gymnastics. He loves it and has made new friends from here too! It's not a true gymnastics class but that's not what we were looking for. I would call it more of a play gym but they do some basic gymnastics. We also go weekly for their practice and play sessions which is just open play for all ages so our 1 year old can also come and she loves it too. They have classes for all ages. It's always clean and the staff are all great! read more

Great experience with my gym la Verne. My son has been attending for a few months and he absolutely loves it! Great atmosphere for the little ones to run around and explore new skills. The teachers are amazing with the kids and always find new and creative activities for the little ones. 10/10 would recommend to any parent that is looking for a safe environment for their little one to explore new skills. read more

I can't say enough good things about My Gym La Verne. I started bringing my baby when he was 3 months old and he just lights up every time we walk in. The teachers are so sweet and genuinely care about the kids. You can tell they love what they do. The gym is always clean and safe, and every week the floor changes with a new setup and curriculum so it never gets boring. I had looked into other options like city classes, but this ended up being the best choice by far. It's more affordable, the quality is higher, and the teachers know exactly how to encourage the kids. As a new mom, I've also loved meeting other moms here. It's a place where both me and my baby have made friends, and it's something we look forward to every week. My Gym has given me peace of mind, a clean and fun environment for my baby, and a real sense of community. If you're thinking about joining, just go for it. You'll love it as much as we do. read more

My sons loved my gym! I hosted my son's 7th birthday party there this past weekend, and everything was perfect. The staff was amazing! They were incredibly helpful from the beginning, assisting with planning, setting up, and decorating. They interacted wonderfully with the kids, who all had an incredible time. My son is autistic, non-verbal, and often elopes, so I was nervous about having his party in a public place. However, everyone at the gym was extremely understanding and accommodating. This was definitely a birthday to remember! We will absolutely be back! I would also like to add that many places claim to offer a private party but still have other parties happening at the same time. MyGym truly provides a 100% private party experience. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I absolutely love my gym! I've only ever been to this location and we will continue to stay with this location! Mz.Hailey is always so friendly and welcoming and always brings a smile to mine and my sons day! The gym is clean and I really appreciated the well-stocked diaper station. There are different activities every week and it is very interactive. We do the waddlers class and my son has learned so much about exploring his curiosity and getting all his energy out. I definitely recommend this to every parent I meet lol. This has become an almost daily routine for my son & I and he always takes a great nap after his class. Would 100% recommend joining! read more

My Gym is amazing! I can't believe I never reviewed it when my daughter was actually going. It was during COVID (mid 2021) and it was extremely helpful for my daughter's development and exposure to other people/children. The team members do an excellent job with the kids. I can't say enough good things about it. So if you're interested in taking ur kids, don't hesitate. You'll be so happy you did. read more

Aidan is almost two now and has been attending My Gym since around 11 months. We have really enjoyed our time here -- from the great teachers to meeting all the parents and babies. First timers here and my little ones had a blast! The coaches, Ellen and Daniel work so well with these little ones and made us feel more than welcomed. I had signed up my son for the terrific tots class and he was excited to try out these new activities! The instructions and activities fit perfect to his age and is a great way of teaching coordination and the following of instructions. We live a bit aways, in chino but after hearing how much he enjoyed today and couldn't wait to come back I definitely think it's worth the 20 minute drive. Can't wait for next terrific tots class! read more

Kids will love it if their first time and they like to spend the energy jumping, running around. They get to learn to socialize, share and observe the different activities thereby learning on how to do it the next time. They also get more stable and firm on the walks, jumps and confident enough to know the ability given at that age. Recommended to give it a try and see how your kid likes it. Mine likes it and knows when we are driving to the gym class. read more

First time taking my son to this gym and he loved not only the gym but the attentive instructors ! Compared to the gyms i have taken him before, this one is the best . I will def be taking him back read more

I really wanted to like this gym but it was not a good fit for my child. My child (3.7) has been in gymnastics for one year elsewhere without incident and on the second visit at this gym he fell and busted his mouth and front teeth (he now has a wiggly tooth that is lower than it used to be, and Im hoping it doesn't fall out) on the balance beam with a staff person right next to him. I can't say exactly what happened, because I only witnessed the staff with him, not the fall. I saw that she was next to him but not facing him and therefore not looking at him to be able to see him lose his balance. I know accidents happen that can be out of our control, however this particular incident is not one of them. In addition she sat him on a tall wooden "box" that was raised off the ground as he was in distress and bleeding and left him unattended as she went to the back for an ice pack. He could have fallen off that "box" if he decided to come down. I did run over when I saw her sit him there and I realized he was crying and his mouth full of blood. I did receive a text later that day and a phone call a 2 days later to follow up on him. Nothing can be said that would make the situation better. I do hope that the owner will review the incident with the staff member so it doesn't happen again to another child. On another note, I noticed the curriculum at this gym does differ greatly from the gymnastics classes we have experienced. Usually the classes we have attended in the past consist of a fun warmup, followed by routines on a course the coach has prepared. The coach models the routines and then the kids try it with support whether from parent or the coach. Mygym has some activities like match the color ball to the correct color circle. Then they sit in circle and chat - I could not fully understand what the game or chat was since I was sitting far. There were kids who strayed to do other things by themselves such as climbing the wall ladder etc and they had NO SUPERVISION while doing so. I think that class is too big for this age group (3.6 months to 5yr 11 months) and there are only 2 staff to attend to the kids. In looking through the "about us" section there was NO reference to actual experience/ training with gymnastics from the staff members. I should have researched better but also I feel misled since they literally say they teach "basic forms of gymnastics." The only pro of my gym is the ease of using their online booking system. If you are looking for a safe and professional place for your child to learn actual gymnastics look elsewhere read more

MyGym has been a favorite of my family for years! I have two boys (ages 3 and 2) who have a blast at MyGym La Verne. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean and safe. Also, we LOVE coach Ellen! The typical class starts with an awesome intro song, followed by stretching, song of the day and skill of the day! Then the group breaks out into play time followed by 1-2 skills, swings, balance boards and more! read more

We just threw our sons first birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC! Jahday and her sister were phenomenal, not only could we not have asked for more but our guests were so impressed by the two of them. We love MyGym. This is the first class I signed my 22 months little girl to. Being a covid baby, she was shy and intimidated. The coaches are all super sweet and work very well with kids. My family loves MY Gym! My older two daughters attended until they were school age and now my youngest is currently enrolled even during these current events. We'd only been going to the gym for 2 months before they switched to online live classes to accommodate the stay at home orders and we still love it! My little one looks forward to it each day and loves being able to still see her favorite coaches! Hi Miss Ellen, Coach Vanessa & Coach Josh! They all really care about the kids and still make it fun and entertaining enough to do at home. Best decision I've made for my twin girls thus far...Miss Ellen and Miss Jackie, as well as all the other staff members are PHENOMENAL. It tAkes very special people to work with kids, and these guys make it look like a breeze. They are always happy and upbeat. They provide such a wonderful environment for kids; such positive energy....very encouraging and kind. Parking is super easy, lot right in front of the building. They have a broad range of classes and their monthly price is reasonable. Each class has the same basic format. Every class has a different group of activities to help with motor skill and development. We've been coming for several months and there is always something different. They change up the setting of the gym to provide different stimulation and challenges for the kids. I can't say enough good things about this place, and I truly believe that it begins with amazing staff. read more

My daughter has been attending My Gym LaVern for the past four months and we've loved every minute of it. We actually started off at a different MyGym location when my daughter was younger, but we weren't very happy there -- the energy of the parents attending class was a bit negative. Well, I'm sure happy we decided to give MyGym another go, because all the staff and all the parents and kiddos attending this location is beyond nice, happy, and full of fun, energetic energy. In all honesty, I was a bit hesitant about signing up here at first due to some of the less-than-stellar reviews regarding cancellation, but my experience canceling has been quite the opposite. I submitted my 30 day request via email and that was it, so simple! I quickly got a response to verify my cancellation and details regarding my final class. I appreciated how quick and easy and efficient the whole process was (and in case you're wondering, we are sadly quitting because my daughter is starting preschool). Lastly, a big shoutout to Coach Ellen. Don't get me wrong, all the coaches here are amazing, but Ellen is definitely special when it comes to working with toddlers. She's funny, full of energy, and knows when to push or walk away from a toddler having a difficult day. She's seriously the best! read more

They are the best, I've been taking my son here since he was just over a year old. I wish I had brought him sooner, then I think he would have learned how to walk earlier by watching the other kids. We come both for a weekly class and for a few of the open play ("practice & play") sessions during the week. I love how they change the arrangement of the space every week, keeps it fresh and exciting for the kids. The employees are very attentive but not overbearing, they let the kids be kids. Mr. Josh is the most popular, probably because he is the only guy who works there, but Miss Jasmine, Miss Meli, and Miss Vanessa are great too. Miss Ellen runs the place really well. read more

BEWARE! This gym is NOT clear about pricing, sneaky in their tactics and DO NOT put the customer first; quite the business model! Prices rise without notice from an "introductory offer", they have a "30 day cancelation policy", and it seems the so-called "management" can never issue a refund. It seems these people are more interested in milking every cent they can out of a customer instead of putting the customer first. Very unfortunate but one day when their doors are closed they will realize that customers are the backbone of ANY business. Besides their crappy business ethics the place is clean, has nice staff (except "managers") and a decent set up. Just remember, their are plenty of places your child can go to play that are probably just as fun/nice that are FREE and are not just concerned about getting your money. read more

I haven't been here but I messaged them through Yelp requesting a quote 5 days ago and haven't heard from them so that's the reason for 2 stars. I want to be fair and not give them a 1 star because I usually save those for horrible experiences and since I haven't even had one, 2 it is. It seems like from a few reviews the business does check their Yelp so not sure why I haven't received a reply. I will update if I ever hear from them. read more
