Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.
