Most recently he sold us a refurbished replacement heater for our pool/spa. It was a 300,000 BTU unit and good brand. He said the unit had been removed from one of his commercial pools, it was a couple years old and in good working order. He claimed he did a tune up and sold it to us at a great price, fully installed and with a one year warranty. It seemed too good to be true and it was. After two uses the heater started to cutoff at a low temperatures and was useless. of course, we reached out to Shiek immediately but he stopped responding to my texts, I even dropped by his storefront and he refused to see me. The employee at his counter said she would pass the message along that I came by and informed me they were only open on an appointment only basis going forward. The problem with the heater doesn't bother me as much as the stonewalling. I even offered to pay for any parts required to repair the unit in one of my many text messages that he ignored. At this point all I can do is warn anyone thinking of doing business with Xtream - beware.

He found out that Jandy was offering a newly updated controllers, and on his own, he reached out to them and explained that he had just done an intstall of a Jandy pump 2 weeks before the new controllers came out and they gave it to him.
