Comments after that were talk of Lawyers and Libel suits if I posted untrue statements. As you can see here, there is no slander or libel, just the facts of the text conversation so to show both sides. Not so sure about the service, i didn't get that far. I was treated horribly by Tim via Text after informing him that my dog was very Ill and ultimately passed away. He was upset I didn't return his phone calls to set up new service and left me the following text message after I asked him for a Chemical Only plan. ME::"Hi Tim,...Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. My dog has been very ill and ended up passing away a few days ago. I would like to have you for my Maintenance. Do you happen to have just a chemical Service or is it just the complete service?" TIM::"Hi Michelle- Sorry to hear about your dog. we do offer a chem only service for $50 you get all chems each week and one filter cleaning a month, or our full service as stated before is $80." ME::"That sounds good, When can u come out? I will have to leave the $ with my sons or or send you a bank check out today." TIM::"I will be in your neighborhood Fri. do you want chem service or full service.?" ME::"Can you tell me what's included with the full service again please?" TIM::"Vacumming each week all chems total brush down of the pool netting the pool and a filter cleaning every other week." ME::" Let's go with the chem service for now if you don't mind." TIM::"It's your call, but going forward, i'm going to need better communication because when we were originally supposed to start your pool, i tried contacting you guys several times to be ignored and waste my time and resources trying to get in touch with you. TIM::"I don't mean any disrespect Michelle but you cannot deny the fact that I did try very hard to get in touch with you and was hung up on more than once. I will not apologize for dealing with my families needs in time of a pet's death. I was concerned about speaking to the "Pool Guy". I had other priorities. I only remember hanging up on you once and that was because we were on the way to the Vet's office with sick dog and not only did I not want to talk while driving, I was preoccupied. You kept calling.....so I answered and hung up. When the first one or two calls were not returned, most professionals would lay low and wait for the customer to call. I don't like being talked to like a child from a hired hand!! So, Caroline, does this fulfill your request of the the whole conversation? And yes, I do reserve the right to not answer my phone when it is not convienent for me to answer, just as it is my right to not return a phone call.
