Patrice demonstrates very strong clinical skills with essential personal traits, excelling through compassionate care, critical thinking, and clear communication. Nurse Practitioner Amanda Brown was also involved in my care today and was professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated her assistance in my plan of care. Medical Assistants Jayme, Kim were helpful and Kim was excellent with my blood draw. I am extremely happy to be a patient at My Dr. Now. The Saturday and Sunday availability is SO helpful, as many illnesses don't happen Monday through Friday. read more

TL;DR This place sucks and you should go somewhere (you'll save yourself time and money). Their "urgent care" is terrible. If you need to go to an Urgent Care, for any reason, just go to NextCare down the street instead. Never go to these scammers! I have a long list of complaints about this place and it's workers. Back in 2024, I had a respiratory and ear infection that caused me to cough like crazy, and these people had the audacity to tell me I have "temporary asthma" which is not a real thing. When they gave me a breathing mask during one of my FIVE visits during that 3 month long ordeal, they left me in the exam room with a kid sized mask for an hour before seeing me. More recently, I went in here for another ear infection and the wait was almost an hour even though 1, I had an appointment, and 2, they weren't busy at all. All they did during my visit was look in my ear once, write a prescription and call it day. I still have the infection because they gave me medicine With my insurance it didn't cost anything, but the same cannot be said for my mom. My mom went into this office a week or two ago for an ear infection as well, and she went through the same awful wait and the same passing glance examination. Her visit cost her $1000 and the prescription gave her chest pain. She reached out to the My Dr Now helpline and never got a reply from them. Yelp is asking me what could improve, well this place being shut down and these "doctors" being arrested for ripping people off would be a great idea. read more

Zero heads up from front desk that there was an hour wait for our schedule appointment with only one other person there when we arrived. I liked going here because it's an office copay instead of specialty but today was very annoying to make an appointment for my special needs son ( to avoid long waits) and not be told that they were an hour behind schedule. read more

They take same day appointments, which is nice, but they are constantly running behind scheduled appointment times. Hopefully they stop overbooking their PAs and NPs soon or I don't see many people returning to this location. read more

On July 31, the pain was so bad... Felt like my ear was being stabbed by a very sharp knife and my whole head was throbbing, so I went to the new MY DR NOW in Peoria, off of El Mirage and Lone Mountain Pkwy. After filling out some paperwork, Melissa Chesney, MA took my vitals and was very nice. Tilly Skaggs, PA quickly diagnosed me with acute otitis externa; a very bad ear infection. She was extremely nice and easy to talk to. Turns out that 'cause my nails were so sharp, I cut the inside of my ear and an infection developed. I took the ear drops Skaggs prescribed and in three days I was pain free. Sadly, Skaggs doesn't usually work at this location; it's not easy finding a really good PA. The downside to this facility is that because the lobby is very small and void of any textiles to soak up sound, the receptionist, nice, but was very loud when talking on the phone. read more

Although this was not the location we went to as the brand new location off Lone Mountain in Peoria just opened, I would not suggest going unless you are really in trouble. Our NP was nice and literally spent 5 minutes to tell us my husband had a tooth ache. The cost was $412.00 which is about $100 a minute. read more

This was not a good experience. I went in around 6pm to get checked out. The physician who assisted me talked about how they had worked 80+ hours in 5 days, which did not provide me confidence that I was being treated by someone who was capable of supporting me. Then they cut corners by not addressing the issue and just getting me medication and sending me out. There were no follow up instructions other than, come back in 10 days. I had an issue that night that should have been addressed in that office and then headed to a different Urgent Care up the way which was a MUCH better experience. Sorry, but I will not be back to this location. Eghhh one other thing, this company is so driven for data, they put you through ridiculous questionnaires. They then made it a point to tell us to give them a 10 on their survey and to write 5 star reviews. I think if you focused as much effort and energy on helping the people that came in rather than focusing it on the advertising efforts, the positive reviews would come with it. read more

Unable to get an appointment with my daughter's pediatrician, I began searching for a local urgent care. I stumbled upon My Dr. Now and I found it intriguing that it was a primary care doctor that accepted walk-ins. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Alex, who answered all of my questions and really made the check in process as simple as possible. Within moments of completing the digital paperwork, Jody took us back and began to get vitals on my daughter. Jody was very personable which helped my daughter feel at ease. My daughter was examined by the PA, Erin Wolf. She was extremely kind and thorough. Jody provided us with my daughter's discharge paperwork as she walked us back up to Alex which included the summary of the visit, a copy of the order for an x-ray and a copy of the referral for physical therapy. Alex then scheduled my daughter a follow-up visit before we headed out for the x-ray. What sets My Dr. Now apart from your typical urgent care is that they can get tests and referrals taken care of rather than just referring you back to your primary care doctor. My Dr. Now is a much better alternative than going to a typical urgent care. The facility was clean and organized! We will be sure to refer others. read more

Do not go to this place for DOT phisyicals. They are not up front about if you pass or not. I submitted all the info and they never said I failed until I submitted again with a passing cpap test four weeks later. Poor communication cation. I have everything in my corrospondence with them in my email. All i wanted was them.to admit there mistake and pay for another test. I will be reporting them to the bbb. Even when i submitted a complaint to there department head, never got a call. Terrible customer service read more

First visit to the Clinic was great, 2nd on a video call was good as well super fast. But on my video appointment nurse never asked me about my medications since I need a refil. Nurse just make it for 1 month so now I have to schedule a new appointment pay my copay again for 1 month medication and I understand the policy and protocol with control meds but no one had explained this time in the first visit. when I called for this issue CSR did not care and was rude. Someone call me back to do my complain she was nice but still was not able to help me I have to do and pay for a new app to get my medication . read more
