The last time I had My Donuts, my husband's sales rep brought them into the shop for my husband and his co workers to enjoy. Luckily I was there that day and was able to snag a chocolate bar. I remember it being so good! I thought today was a good day for a sweet treat so I made my way in! My husband's request was an apple fritter if they had any. I came in later in the afternoon and surprisingly there were still quite a few donuts available. I was happy that there was quite a selection still. They all looked so good! Even the classic glazed looked tasty. After looking over the goodies, I decided on a half dozen of mixed donuts. The sweet lady behind the counter was so patient with me as I was looking and second guessing my choices. With the mixed variety you get 3 classic, 2 specialty and 1 extra fancy donut. I snagged a round glazed, a chocolate and maple bar, 2 apple fritters and a fancy donut with cream and strawberries on top. I was planning on giving 3 of the goodies to my in laws. I asked the sweet lady for an extra box and with no hesitation she grabbed it got me. I was able to get my goodies sorted. I dropped off the maple bar, an apple fritter and the cream and strawberry donut to my in laws. My father in law loves apple fritters and didn't hesitate to grab it from the box and claim it right away. 0 He enjoyed half of it and is saving the other half for later. Nothing but great things were said about his treat. I forgot to mention earlier that the sweet lady gave me two donut holes in my box. I snacked on those and mannnnn were they good! They were so soft and sweet. I just wanted a little something so it was perfect! My husband devoured his apple fritter. I didn't even get a bite! I'm happy he enjoyed it! I was recently at Krispy Kreme and honestly the donut I got tasted stale. Like it had been sitting out for more than a day. I only had 2 small donut holes and they blew Krispy Kreme out of the water, it was night and day. I'm happy I got to stop in today and grab some goodies. The donuts were amazing! The service was great! And I got to support a local business in my area! I look forward to coming back and grabbing more treats for my family/friends sometime soon. read more

Tasty donuts, friendly service about sums it up. Interior is small with a few tables to sit at, everything seemed clean and tidy if a bit spartan. On the morning we stopped in there weren't a lot of choices and judging by the size of the cases on the counter that's typical. We tried buttermilk, cream puff, strawberry frosted heart shaped donuts and a glazed croissant. My daughter rated the cream puff donut a solid 5 star! I give major props to that little glazed croissant- it was delicious but I also appreciate that it wasn't huge. I felt satisfied but not sickly full afterward. I tried the buttermilk later in the day and it wasn't okay, the frosted donut for a similar review from my daughter- like, solid food donuts but nothing we couldn't find at the local grocery store bakery. Worth the stop if you're in the immediate area, not a destination spot though. read more

Excellent donuts, you can tell they are always made fresh the same day. I love the fact that they are open later than other donut shops. My favorite donut is the Boston cream, & their custard is very good. Their filled donuts are always properly filled up. Great customer service. If I go there & they run out of Boston creams & the owner happens to be there, he'll fill up a chocolate bar donut with custard for me & not only does he fill it, but he gives me a generous amount of custard, which is so awesome. read more

I discovered this gem by pure chance while searching for last-minute birthday donuts for a coworker, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful, recommending a perfect dozen assortment, and I couldn't resist grabbing a sausage pastry for my commute. The donuts were an absolute hit at the office. My coworkers were raving about them all day, constantly asking where I'd found this "hidden treasure." The donuts had that perfect balance--light and airy without being overly sweet, exactly what a great donut should be. Even my sausage pastry was delicious cold since I was rushing and skipped having it warmed up. This spontaneous stop has definitely earned my loyalty. I've found my new go-to spot for donuts and pastries, and I'll be back! My only regret is I did not take any photos (I was too busy eating haha). read more

I was so excited to find kolaches because in Texas they are so good. I'm so disappointed :( The kolaches were dry, no cheese, cold, and tiny amounts of jalapeño. They let the bread burn in one of them. I did not finish them. I got a bear claw as well and it's pretty mediocre. The cappuccino tastes like it came out of a machine. This lil donut shop hasn't been around for long, and I'm already seeing it's mention pop up in several places on Yelp, Facebook and Google. It's also been recommended to me numerous times so what better time to pay them a visit than on the loveliest day of the year! My Donuts definitely give off an old-school donut shop feel. Think DK Donuts type vibe. Of course, it's much newer. And though the selection of donuts may not be very wide, whatever you pick, it's a good choice. They've got all your OG's, maple bars, filled donuts, raised rings, cakes, and puffs. I am a HUGE sucker for themed foods. Upon walking in, I saw the display of adorably decorated morsels to commemorate Valentine's Day. I have to limit myself to 3-5 choosing at donut shops because I have absolutely no self-control and I WILL eat a baker's dozen on my own in one day. I ended up choosing a blue frosted cake donut, cherry frosted raised ring and chocolate Bavarian cream filled ($3.90 for all 3). All of them were yummy and lasted about 5 minutes. The workers are super nice and the place is very clean. It might have been because there was only a few donuts left, but we went there in the morning and got a few donuts that were pretty middle of the line mediocre. One Ed donuts this morning but was too lazy to go anywhere, so I did a quick search on door - and I found this place! I am used to living downtown by the North end and have had my steeple donut shop forever, but now we live on the bench and I wasn't even aware that this store was here. The pictures all looked good and they had ample offering of my favourite, cake donuts lol this was all promising and looking good. I'm not gonna lie the overall experience was above average for sure. The cake donuts were moist yet flavourful, bar barian cream was spot on, and everything was super fresh.The couple of bacon Maple bars that we got were totally covered with crumbly salty goodness and goodness and just the right amount of Maple. The only thing I was really kind of meh on was the creme puff bars. I ordered 2 of them because they looked so good on the picture but there wasn't really much of a description. From what I could tell it looks sort of like a chocolate eclairw with some sort of whipped cream on top. The name of it being a cream puff, I honestly expected it to be something different. The whipped cream on top was obvious whipping cream and there were a few small slices of strawberry. I don't know why but I expected there to be cream in the middle but instead it was just a really heavy whipped cream on top that almost tasted like frosting at 1st period I was disappointed. That being said is it really a complaint? I wouldn't say so, but I certainly wouldn't order it again. I think that everything else was really good so, there is that period they definitely deserve the 4 stars and I have a feeling, just based off of other reviews and the way they are already presenting the shop, they're Going to improve as they settle. read more

These were so so good! I got them ubered and they were so fresh and delicious the cake donuts were the perfect texture fluffy on the inside and a little crunch on the outside. The glaze was just a normal glaze but still really good. And we also got a couple cream filled and the lemon one was divine. The filling did not taste at all like medicine and was a wonderful consistency and wasn't over powering in the slightest. And the maple bacon donuts were absolutely delicious.
