I walked in and the lady greeted me, explained that the machines work with either a card ($1 to purchase and then you add money to it) or you can download the app which doesn't require the card (however it does have a minimum required to load onto the card). I was able to wash and dry 3 large comforters in a little over an hour! They have vending machines so you can purchase washing supplies (there is also a DT within walking distance) but the most important thing is this place is CLEAN!!! They also offer and washing service where you can drop it off and they wash and fold it for you. This was a time saver and I'll utilize this place again!

These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I have had several clothing items completely ruined since December. I recently dropped off a new sweater (worn once) and it came back covered in lint balls (none of the colors on my sweater) and HOLES all over. It was 100% polyester, I do not have moths, I have plenty of wool/keratin containing items in my closet, and yet this 2 month old sweater comes back covered in holes from the cleaners. I spoke to the manager who was completely unprofessional, accused me of bringing a damaged item to them to try to rip them off (basically saying this whole thing was premeditated on my part), and who refused to listen or work for a solution and WALKED away. The 1st time I went to pick up my items the manager actually ACTIVELY avoided me and pretended to not be the manager. However, after being told by another employee when the manager would be there and going back to speak with them.... turns out he was there all along. I should have read the other reviews earlier... I have been using them for years, yet 2 items in the last 30 days have been damaged beyond repair and management is completely unprofessional. Upon doing further digging, looks like they filed for bankruptcy last year, and the case is still going through the finalization, so they likely have no money and give ZERO f**ks... Hoping this saves someone else the same headache I have endured over the past several weeks!
