He was really easy to plan a menu with, and was very responsive with communications prior to the event. I also found his business model to be very efficient and organized. He sent me a brochure prior to the event, for example. The brochure explained everything that I could expect during the dining experience. I also have to say, the food was excellent. He was quick to identify some of my favorite ingredients while making exciting suggestions on how to further enhance the flavor profiles. On the day of the event, their team arrived promptly to set up.
