They even reconfirmed everything with me the week of the event. Then, with less than 48 hours before my cousin's bachelorette party, they canceled just as my plane landed. What made the situation even worse was how they handled it. The coordinator refused to speak with me on the phone, hid behind emails and text messages, offered weak excuses, took little to no accountability, and showed absolutely no sense of urgency or genuine remorse. There was zero effort to make things right or help us find a solution after they left us scrambling at the last minute. This wasn't just an inconvenience, it ruined one of the activities my cousin had been most excited about for her bachelorette weekend. We planned our weekend around this reservation, trusted their repeated confirmations, and were left with virtually no time to find a replacement. If a business can't honor reservations they confirmed multiple times or communicate professionally when they make a mistake, they shouldn't be taking bookings. Their customer service was unacceptable from start to finish, and their lack of professionalism was shocking. I would never book with this company again and would strongly caution anyone considering them. If you're planning an important event, don't risk it with a business that can cancel on you at the last minute, refuse to communicate, and leave you to deal with the consequences. They are not a reputable or trustworthy company.

He sent me a brochure prior to the event, for example. The brochure explained everything that I could expect during the dining experience. I also have to say, the food was excellent. It was probably one of the best meals I've eaten in a very long time. My entire family was thrilled and continue talking about the meal (even days later). I highly recommend this business, and I would definitely work with him again.
