From fast responses from Gabriella in the office to talking and joking around with the event staff during our wedding, I'd hire B&M over and over again because they are just that good! People can't stop talking about how delicious dinner and dessert was, and how kind the staff are. I was definitely getting a lot of credit for decisions that Young's actually made :) They have a great selection of food, and the tasting wasn't just a tasting - they served (for free) a full meal to my husband and I and both of our parents. We were all so impressed and happy with our experience meeting Carol 1:1 during the tasting. Carol is very helpful with getting to learn the flow of the wedding night, and in making important decisions in the food service (genuinely giving you advice for what is best for you as well as what has works best at the venue). She also has so many decorations available for use, that way you don't have to go nuts buying the extras for your wedding day.
