He was really easy to plan a menu with, and was very responsive with communications prior to the event. I also found his business model to be very efficient and organized. He sent me a brochure prior to the event, for example. The brochure explained everything that I could expect during the dining experience. I also have to say, the food was excellent. It was probably one of the best meals I've eaten in a very long time. My entire family was thrilled and continue talking about the meal (even days later).
