I worked with the owner, Dave, to coordinate and figure out a menu and all the details (and I had a LOT of details for him!). He and his manager Tyler made it happen and it went off without a hitch. Not only did they cater a 100 guest buffet at an outdoor venue at a park in October, but they made food that was not even normally on their menu. We had asked if they could make some specialty Greek food for our wedding (my Wife's family is Greek), and Dave enthusiastically took it on. For weeks after the wedding, our guests kept mentioning how delicious all the food was. Even my wife's side of the family, who know authentic Greek food. We had souvlaki, rice with tomato sauce, potatoes with oregano, "village" Greek salad, and a bunch of other delicious items. Of course we had to include the world famous potato chips w warm gorgonzola gravy (which is on their normal menu). Warning! That gorg gravy is addictive.
