I have been a religious customer at My Brows, who is not only impressed by their quality of service, but also the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere the salon has. I don't let anybody but Usha near my brows and underarms. She is always attentive to my needs and has never left me disappointed. Usha makes underarm waxing so painless and her experience working in Manhattan for years definitely shows! I also recently started getting my lips waxed and I look presentable immediately after waxing, which is amazingly convenient. Since I have sensitive skin, Usha recommended a blue wax for sensitive skin and it has worked wonders- no redness, no skin peeling off, no hairs left behind! I have never, EVER (in the dozens of times I've visited) seen Usha or anyone else at the salon double dip. They use small waxing sticks and use as many as necessary, with a new stick per dip. Additionally, the waxing beds are spotless. There is a clean plastic covering on top of the sheets/towel on the waxing bed and a roll of paper (the type you see at a doctor's office) that covers the bed/is pulled fresh for each customer. I trust Usha so much and have sent at least ten of my friends there, who have all been more than impressed with the salon as well. There is definitely a reason that My Brows has excellent reviews and I highly recommend it to everybody I meet. P.S.- you can't beat the prices at My Brows! I've come to manhattan (midtown) two years ago and since then, I've tried at least six different waxing centers. No one could give me the quality of service I needed, since I have very truly sensitive skin. The day I went to My brows and met Usha, I've never changed. She's kind and knows her stuff, The Brazilian experience is so smooth and painless, probably because of her experience and the quality of material used. The place is cosy and people there are most of the time smiling; since I go there regularly, this criteria is kinda important for me. Won't change the place even if I have to move out. I have been going to My Brows for about a year now specifically for my eyebrows. Usha and Kamla are great and the other employees who sometimes work on my brows are nice as well when Usha and Kamla are with other customers. I know My Brows performs great work with eyebrows so I am confident that I will be pleased with the results every time. The employees are very friendly and engage in conversation. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. Plus, you get a free eyebrow threading on your 10th visit. They listen to the customers and work to cater to the exact requests. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done in FOUR MONTHS due to the pandemic and I am beyond happy!!! Usha never disappoints! I made an appointment with the new system that was easy to use and when I arrived it the place was extremely clean as usual and Usha had on personal protective equipment which made me feel safe. She took my temperature and Washed her hands before threading my eyebrows. She worked her magic and threaded my brows and added tint (FYI I have a natural bald spot on one eyebrow that unfortunately can't be filled in by tint) I love my brows and as always, it was a great and safe experience, I highly recommended! read more

I came across this establishment about a year ago. I was looking for a threading salon and was very happy they also rendered waxing services. Kamala was there when I walked in. I had a Brazilian, full legs and underarm waxing as well as eyebrow threading at this visit. I cannot tell you how happy I was when I left that day with the service I received. Absolutely the best place in Manhattan. I visited several places for eyebrow threading and waxing, as well as eyelash extension. You might think this is easy to do, but it really is not. My Brows place is outstanding!!!!! Eyebrow threading is not painful, very clean and thorough. The eyelash extension service was superb: the lashes are well and naturally placed, they last and do not fall the next day as they do at many other places. Ive been to Usha's salon for few weeks and let me tell you its the best service price/quality that Ive had so far. Been here to do my legs and face. She works fast and clean on waxing and takes more time for your face to glow ! She treated me with one of her homemade facemask that felt so gentle for my skin. Also products she uses are naturals . I LOVE this place I've been coming in for about a year and they've always been so nice clean and professional. I always come in to get my eyebrows done but this time I came to get a BRAZILIAN WAX. It was my first time and they made it so comfortable for me and didn't reuse their wax sticks which is always a plus! They let me take breaks when I needed them and didn't just rush to get it done. Fastest brazilian ever! I got a Groupon for 3 chocolate brazilian waxes for only $33 and I'm so glad I did because this place is tiny, but awesome! I was in and out in 10 mins and it was the fastest, least painful wax I've ever had. She did large sections at once and talked to me the whole time, so it didn't drag out. read more
