Neither the flyer nor the website stated they were baseball-only. When we arrived, the coach couldn't get softballs, couldn't teach softball techniques, and repeatedly used the wrong name for my daughter. She was uncomfortable and upset enough to leave halfway through. Staff admitted the flyer wasn't clear and said both clinics would be canceled. I expected a refund or credit for the $390 paid. I got neither, and follow-up messages were ignored. This isn't about coaching -- it's about accountability. Parents deserve better.

There's a bit of a learning curve at first, especially adjusting to the pitch timing and actually putting the ball in play. You can choose how many innings to play and select from four difficulty levels: Very Easy, Easy, Pro, and All-Star. Very Easy was almost effortless, Easy felt like a good balance with some solid hits and home runs, and Pro was extremely challenging (basically no-hit territory.) I didn't even attempt All-Star. Pitch speeds ranged from about 40-60 mph, which worked well for me, and you can adjust them to find your comfort zone. When you're not batting, there are a few on-screen options, but they're pretty limited - adding more interaction for the non-batting team would make the experience even better. Overall, it's a cool concept and probably will be back again.

When I arrived today, I was told it was $60.00. Not a big difference but you should have honored the price on the web site. Upon driving up to Triple Creek in McKinney, you can see that it is very neglected and not very…read morewell maintained. The entire dirt/gravel driveway and parking lot is full of deep pot holes. Any amount of rain leaves you driving and walking in a gigantic mud hole. There is never enough parking, primarily on tournament days, and people have to park on the grassy areas and tree line and have to walk quite a distance to get to the fields. The area behind home plate and on both sides of the dugouts where spectators watch the games are always either dirt or mud. And finally, the women's restrooms are a joke! The area is so small and the stalls are so poorly built, that there is hardly any room to open the stall doors. Because the door almost touches the actual toilet seat, you either have to squeeze between the wall and the toilet or stand on the seat to open the door to get out! And because the fields are always packed, you know this facility is bringing in some serious cash. But it is someone is obvious that it is not being used to maintain the facility. So sad and selfish that they cannot put some of the generated funds back into maintaining this place for the kids.
