That patio overlooks a massive backyard complete with a live music stage and a great grassy area for kids to play. We tried the drink of the month--the Cowboy Spritz--and it was fantastic! Huge shoutout to our bartender, Ginger, who was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. The Lube Room is now a mandatory stop for us whenever we travel through Ebbetts Pass or vacation in the area!

Like 20 minutes tops. My picky eating son got waffles and said they were the best he ever had. Big ol' Mickey pancake for the baby. We checked out the menu and decided to share the Appetizer Sampler - but then my daughter was also intrigued to see that they served Pho on Fridays which was called "Steve's Pho King Fridays." My whole family loves Pho so we had to order it. It was actually really good - we were shocked and not expecting Pho to come out that good from a Saloon! Who knew? Steve did!
