They told me it would take a week to assign me an attorney. A week and a half went by and no word, I called them and still no attorney was assigned. I told them that I wanted a refund of my $3000 that I put down. They called me back and told me that my case was assigned to an attorney that was on vacation and he would be back "tomorrow" and if I wanted to meet with him I could. I asked why they would assign my case to someone that was on vacation and why would that not be communicated to me. He had no answer for that. I told them that I wanted my refund. Almost 2 weeks after depositing my money with them the front desk called me to set up an appointment to talk to an attorney that was finally assigned to me. I had to tell her that they were actually issuing a refund to me. Once my refund check was received, I could not cash it bc it was over $2500. I called them to ask them if we could split it into two checks so I could cash it and they downright refused. They have caused so much wasted time on my case and now I have to jump through hoops just to get my cash back. The office could care less about how it's impacted me. My daughter needed to file a response for an amendment to a parenting plan. She lives in a different state and was advised to hire an attorney that practices in Arizona. We contacted My AZ Lawyers and asked if they had an attorney that could file the response as she only had 20 days to get it filed. She was assured by Kyle that this was no problem. I paid the $ 3,000 retainer fee and was told an attorney would get back to her. For 2 weeks we waited, nothing, she called and spoke with Kyle again and he assured her they were working on her case. After many calls and emails a last minute response was finally filed. The case was dismissed in December 2025. We requested they return what was left of my retainer fee (and a $400 payment made in December), it is now mid June and to date I have not received my money. These people hold the well being of these children in their hands and have little to no regard for these children. They want your money, period. I would not recommended them for anything that has to do with family law. Find an attorney that will represent your children to the best of their ability. read more

They just asked me to send the documents so they could see what the judge was asking to be changed and that they would call me back. Instead, I got an email from a different person asking for a retainer of $3000 + 400+ a month. After following up I was told the person I spoke too is not even a lawyer. Went through for my bankruptcy with them and on a payment plan since end of 2023 and in May of this year the payment plan people just stopped collecting payments. Kept saying there's an issue with processing payments and a current "contractual review with the court" I have the funds and all. Bryce Brown as a criminal defense attorney? No! To say that he was a bad lawyer would be useless unless you knew exactly how badly he mishandled my case. My situation begins with my neighbor deciding that my front lawn was where she wanted to do 3-point turns driving off the paved roadway, on my front lawn , and right up to my yard fence. I went out just as she was driving past. I yelled, "No!" shaking my head and raising my hand in the stop gesture. She looked at me and kept on driving. Next day I was doing my physical therapy when the cameras showed her coming back. She did the same as before. As she was driving past I did the same, "No!" hand gestures. The passenger looked at me and gave me the finger. At that point I used a toy to spray the vehicle with Kool-Aid. She kept driving. This time I was going to make a sheriff's report/complaint but I needed to finish my physical therapy first. I went back to my physical therapy but 10 minutes later a deputy was at my gate. I put on my body camera. The deputy heard only one side of the story and in that story the woman had done nothing wrong . She had been driving along and for no good reason I had sprayed her vehicle with Kool-Aid. I tried to explain to the deputy that she had lied. He was not interested, even though it was verifiable by showing him the security camera evidence. He did not want to investigate and the body camera video clearly shows that. All he wanted to do was write me a citation for "criminal damage". I contacted Mr. Bryce Brown and presented the situation. He would represent me in my case. I paid the $1,000 retainer. His paralegal filed the paperwork that he was my counsel and that I was pleading not guilty. Next I uploaded all the camera evidence to Google Drive. I included a readme file. This pointed out things in the evidence that I was familiar with and the casual observer would miss. I made it clear that by myself, the best I could get would be a plea agreement. He was to go through the evidence and present my case on its merit. First was for him to deal with the prosecuting attorney in the criminal arraignment hearing. At this hearing my legal counsel was to present to the court that the citation should never have been issued. My legal counsel should have presented a motion for dismissal. He didn't do anything at all. 2 days before the hearing date he simply asked them to "vacate" the hearing. The opportunity for him to argue for a motion of dismissal presented itself and he chose not to utilize it. I made repeated attempts to speak with Mr. Brown in order to get an idea of his strategy. All I could do was send emails to his paralegal. That strategy session never happened. The only plan he had was for him to bully me into accepting a plea bargain. This was something I had told him at the very beginning I would not support. For him, it was the maximum amount of money earned with the least amount of effort. After the arraignment hearing was "vacated" I received a call from "Allison". She said that Mr. Brown could no longer represent me. She would not provide any legitimate reason that an ordinary person would understand. I would not accept a guilty plea which is the only option that she and Mr. Brown were in favor of. I would not agree to that and chose to make Mr. Brown represent the case on its merits, Mr. Brown chose the moral, ethical, and legal dodge of refusing to act as my legal counsel. The motion to withdraw his services reads, "There has been a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship rendering further representation unreasonably difficult". Mr. Brown demonstrated he was incapable, incompetent, and/or corrupt to the point that he couldn't handle a criminal case where you sprayed someone's vehicle with Kool-Aid who was repeatedly driving across your lawn, and you had all the evidence necessary to have it dismissed before it went to the court judge. I or anyone choosing Mr. Brown would be better off to just show up in court with a cardboard cutout of legal counsel. ANY legal counsel other than Mr. Brown. (O_o) read more

I had a bad time with this law firm. They turned in forms to the court late and charged me for every email when I was constantly emailing them to make sure the paperwork was in on time. They had very bad communication. I had an attorney in the beginning that was great but in the middle of my case they changed my attorney and I was never notified. They also told me that the courts automatically send paperwork to the child support clearinghouse so it is deducted from my ex husbands check. That was never done and I had to do it myself but did not find out for months and now I am out over $2000 that he owes me. Then when my case was over and the attorney owed me a refund it took several months and me getting very upset to finally get my refund! This law firm does the bare minimum in my divorce case. It seemed like my lawyer jami Goldman didnt want to push back on anything . It was very frustrating. Whenever wed have a phone convo i would get very stern with her because i always felt she was dismissive with my case. On one call she out the blue asked if i ever sought out a mental health counselor mid conversation. Our conversation was very chill. Months later in court she mentioned my mental healfh again which i felt was a tactic to make me look crazy. I really felt she was trying to create a narrative. I also felt wierd on my court date. I felt the judge and opposing attorney did nothing but crack jokes and laugh the entire time. It was very unprofessional in my opinion It seemed they all knew each other which is fine but the banter was too friendly. My attorney did not offer any advice during the appearance. Moral of the story, she wasnt at all experienced in this type of case. It was very evident especially when the opposing attorney pushed back and got fiesty. Very lazy approach. Very frustrating and misleading. I was told she does well with miltary divorce. I have no clue why thst mattered. I wasnt full time active duty and my case had little to do with my career. I can laugh about it now because she came of super aggressive but osnf the least bit aggressive. Shes very passive and non confrontational. As a lawyer you need a dog. Absolute terrible communication. The lawyer that was handling our probate case left the law firm and apparently never gave the case information to anyone and anyone who has ever dealt with a law firm knows every single time you call or email it's charged to your account. So we waited 8 months from the time of the last contact because we knew it would take at least 6 months and then gave it an extra 2 months just for measure. After reaching out through phone and email, someone finally contacted us and told us the lawyer had left and they had no idea where he had left off with our case. My mom had to email them all the information of what she had received from the previous lawyer. The new lawyer that was on the case didn't exactly give us confidence since he had no idea where we needed to go from there. Can't they see if it was filed or not. Why would the client have to look that info up. Anyways after about a week we had to reach out to them again and were notified that the second attorney working on our case had also left the firm. Now we have a new attorney again. Allison is now working on our case and has been for well over a month at this point and it's like with the second attorney. Does she have any idea where we are in the case. My mother has emailed and called so many times we are probably being charged well over a $1000 just for inquiry. And very little to no response! So a family friend writes up a very nice letter about maybe we they should just gives us our money back so we can go elsewhere since it doesn't seem like their law firm can handle the work right now. And I get it, they are having staffing issues. But we are now one year into this. My uncle passed away April of 2022 and we are nowhere with the probate. And it's not a hard case it's a half owned house and a car. Of which we need to sell. But we can't because of probate. We call again today and we were told that Allison is in the middle of a big case. Great, so can we get a lawyer who is not. This cannot be that hard I'm sure they deal with probate cases all the time. And this is an easy one! We are just so incredibly frustrated with these people. We call and all we are told is the person is in the middle of a case and they will get back to you as soon as possible. I really hope so, we were told today that our case is top priority. Interesting you are discussing "Gilbert property" when I do not reside in Gilbert, nor is there any property in Gilbert. Your claim that there is an email with information that is due to the trustee, which has been "sent several times." When going thru a difficult divorce you need someone who is upfront and honest about the process. I needed someone who was tech savvy and could work the case while I went about working out of state. Nicole was my Attorney, and Cynthia was our paralegal. After initial consultation with Cynthia I was 100% confident these were the right professionals. The final decree was issued, and I thought "Finally!". Until I tried to get qualified for a mortgage. The opposing counsel had written such a vaguely worded decree that the underwriters had concerns about whether I could be on the hook for a vehicle that was awarded to my ex, along with land owned by the ex overseas.
