We came here for the first time for GoKarting for Father's Day and had a great time!…read more It is a bit of a loud environment but the tunes playing were enjoyable. Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

Or keep it cold and make it interesting for the person being dunked. Jumparoo provides the dunk tank, but also the kid's jumparoo for birthday parties.

You can hear the names pretty clearly throughout the casino, but once you're sitting in the restaurant, it's really hard to tell what names are being called. I think it would be a great idea to have a screen in the restaurant showing the names as they're called. That way, people who are eating can still see if their name is being called without having to leave their table or constantly try to listen for the announcements. Overall, I still enjoy coming here and will definitely be back. Just something I think could make the experience better for people dining at the restaurant during the sweeps.

Very tight machines regardless of denomination or amount wagered. NO dealer table games. They do update their slots frequently. Clean, well lit, friendly. NOW FOR THE REST OF THE STORY, as Paul Harvey would say. On occasion there are problems but that happens For years my friends 6-8 OF US go to watch the Pats game. We do not drink, just want to watch the game and eat. Over a 2 month period, I experienced major problems with staff and service about 5 times. Management tried to help and listened to my gripes, yet I still try again. When the Patriots had their season home opener on a Wednesday night, I had friends show up from 3 states in the N.E. area. Bottom line, we had 2 surf-board tables and seated 8 people We got there an hour early to make some bets and order some food. About a half hour after the game started we were still waiting for the food. Waited another half hour, now in the 2nd quarter. Nothing. Spoke to the manager on duty and he said he will find out what is going on. Waitress finally shows up and said she lost our orders. We tried again. Half hour later, one tables food showed up. I became very loud. Manager apologized and will help. 15 minutes later the rest of the food showed up. WITHOUT MY FOOD WHICH WAS JUST SOME CHICKEN WINGS. I spoke to him again and he did get my complex order of 6 wings. As the game was nearing the end, I spoke to him again. Waitress never asked about our meal, did we want anything else, do you want more soda's. NEVER NEVER. I approached him again with this info and he would talk to her. NEVER EVER did she ask us. He said he told her to. I asked him if he would help us out with the bill as this was the worst experience I have ever had. He said he would. Waitress shows up, puts on a fake smile with no adjustment to the bill. I EXPLODED. She gave me some lip that my friends were blown away by her comments. He did help out with the bill. I wrote to PENN management---Crickets---NO REPLY I wrote to the head of the Food and Beverage Dept---Crickets Is it really that difficult to acknowledge and say SORRY. Not one friggen word. I told them they will be missing out on my crowd eating and gambling there again. NO REPLY. There is much more to the story, but what's the sense. Too bad because the food is usually good, unless you order wings and they don't come out with the rest of the order, or even order a soda that you have to nurse for over 3 hours. GREAT JOB FOOD SERVICES, WAY TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS THAT HAD BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS.

They have a bouncy city (I'm going as far as to call it a city rather than castle, it's humungous!), arcade, laser tag and concession stand. We played King of the Hill style laser tag which was so much fun. Theres tons of caveats and special features in the game that other places don't have. Staff here is super knowledgeable and patient. $21 for a laser tag session which is about 45 minutes, and 4 rounds total. Great bang for your buck. We also played a bit of the arcade and pulled out two prizes from a claw machine (they are functional and not rigged which is great). When it was time to exchange our tickets for prizes, the worker was so sweet and doubled our tickets for free. Such a fun and positive experience all around!
