Oh, also, they fried my smart home $198 thermostat when they were messing with the components on the condensing unit outside. The technician must've touched and left two hot wires touching that shouldn't have been in contact with each other. While inside, my thermostat made a progressively loud buzzing sound then, five seconds later, went "POP!" and smoke was coming out the back of it. At first they refused to pay for a replacement and, instead, offered me a ~$20 cheap replacement thermostat. I refused and told the tech to wait in his vehicle while I drove back to a home improvement store to purchase the same model/type they fried. While out, the tech called and said he had to leave for another client's appointment window. By the time he returned to my home I had the replacement thermostat installed. He had the audacity to then say he was going to charge me for two visits. After some 'common sense' discussions on the matter, he didn't charge for a second visit and, after calling back to HQ, they agreed to only pay for half of the replacement thermostat unit they fried. I've never forgiven them for this and finding this old invoice in my records finally compelled me to share my story.

I spoke with Mr. Eric and he came out and diagnosed what was wrong with my system and explained what needed to be done to fix it. It didn't take long for the parts to arrive and they came back out and instantly repaired it. I can't say it was cheap but I'm extremely satisfied with the service and now I'm cool and relaxed in my home! Mr. Eric even took the time to fix a broken hinge on my front door just because it was getting caught. Yikes..... yikes…read more Service tech was awful. Lazy and SHADY! Claimed he couldn't detect for a Freon leak until he charged me $2,700 to fill the system of Freon! He never even mentioned you can detect using Nitrogen, which is FREE/ included in diagnostic check. Management did apologize for this tech and was nice. Although I will never be able to trust anyone to perform honest work from this company. Save you time, find a smaller local HVAC company that is more trustworthy....
