They went above and beyond when we thought we had to completely replace both of our units, they were able to fix them and save us money when other companies jumped to full replacements. They were able to fix our units within the same week! Gina and Rachel were also very attentive and nice anytime we called. We will use them for future services and again, will recommend to anyone! Update-3/17-Daniel & Rob came out today to install 2 new thermostats. They were very friendly and helpful. This company is the easiest company we have ever dealt with. We had to get new heating and air units. Of course it was way more complicated than it appeared thanks to the joy of buying a foreclosure. However, these guys found the solutions, keep it within the original timeframe and additional cost wasn't as painful as it could have been. Also, the installation of the the new units brought to light a completely separate problem with the house. Rye stepped up and held our hands through figuring that out too. Needless to say it was a mess but working with Rye made it much much less stressful! We've been in the area two years and it's taken this long (and thousands of dollars) to find HVAC people we can finally trust. They were very polite and professional and did such a good job I had them come out to my house to change out a failing unit. Woke up this morning to my AC not running. It was 76 in the house but the AC was set to 74 and the fan was not spinning. I called 2 other places before Rye and no one answered even tho they said they were open. I tried Rye and Even tho their voicemail said they were closed this weekend for the 4th, someone called me right back and they set a tech out within a couple hours! The tech was super nice and I'm terrible with names so I don't remember it but 10/10 would recommend! read more

After being in our home only 3 years, we all of a sudden had no A/C. Rye Heating & Air came out immediately on a Saturday morning! Did I mention this was a last minute call to them on a Friday?
