They said get rid of the dog or find other insurance . I tried contacting many other insurance agencies . I did not speak to one person on the phone but electronically requested many quotes providing personal details and left with no contact name . I still have not heard from anyone. With continued internet searching I found Debbie Turner of Dean Insurance in Florida . I called ... and telephone ring number two she answered her phone and I had a real live human on the other end ! That alone was so impressive and amazing ! No texting Virtual chatting nightmare or emailing ! It was like she was at her desk and working and she was ! She walked me through the insurance quote and just like that I have dog liability insurance for my dog who now has a dog bite on his record ! Best dog boarding and grooming place ever!!!  Highly recommend!!!  https://www.bowwowresort.com…read more 7/30/2021:  I can't say enough great things about this place! A few months ago, I made a reservation for my 3 puggles to board for approximately 1 -2 weeks because I was going into hospital for a lung condition that I suspected would need major surgery.  In fact, I did need surgery and I called Bow Wow right away and asked them to keep my doggies for a few more weeks and they said no problem and to keep them posted. Well, a few weeks turned into two and a half months!  After major surgery, I got pneumonia and an infection that resulted in a 2nd major surgery.  The 2nd surgery left me so weak, I had to spend 2 weeks in a nursing home for IV antibiotics and physical therapy to get better.  BTW, best ever nursing home - 5-star rating: AdventHealth Care Center Apopka North.  https://www.adventhealth.com/skilled-nursing/adventhealth-care-center-apopka-north#10023 During this nightmare, one of my only sources of comfort was knowing my sweet 4-legged children were being well treated.  Bow Wow loved and cared for them as if they were their own - they practically adopted them!  My doggies even learned quickly where their own room was.  The owner, James and his team run a very clean, organized, and caring environment for all their canine guests.  Dogs get scheduled play, rest and feeding whether they are there for just daycare or long term.  Everyone is so friendly and kind at this place which makes for excellent customer service.  The grooming is wonderful as well - when I finally picked up my dogs, they were clean and happy! The trust and confidence I have in Bow Wow is incomparable.  I have been to several other places in the area and none come close.  I look forward to bringing my pups back to Bow Wow for boarding and grooming - hopefully next time during my vacation instead of a hospital stay!

She is super responsive to emails asking if they have room for boarding last minute, and everyone there is just so sweet and loving toward Chief. Chief is a large dog and has had aggressive tendencies in the past when he has had long periods of not socializing. Knowing this upfront, the staff at Luna's took great care to ease him in to socializing again, and gave me honest feedback about his good days as well as his not so good days, until he was playing nicely all the time once again. Almost every time I've taken him for boarding, I get surprised with a new thing they're doing. From offering a Thanksgiving feast for the holidays, to doggy ice cream Sundays, to picture days (complete in a frame to take home), they are forever impressing me with their efforts. I can tell he loves going there, because when I am bagging up his food for boarding he starts whining and jumping to leave; when we pull up to the parking lot he starts whining again to get out and play; he eats all of his food while he is staying there; and he is absolutely exhausted from playing when I pick him up. They are also always very punctual when I request a bath on the last day and a specific pickup time. Keep it up, Luna's, you're awesome.

Updating my previous review due to an unfortunate incident…read more. I am still not sure what happened to my pup but, he was being boarded for a weekend and the day we were to pick him up we got a call that he needed to be picked up because he "Scratched" his ear and was bleeding.. Picked up my dog to a 1.5 centimeter laceration to the ear. Trust me, I know dogs will be dogs and accidents happen, but my review update is because the story vs what the doctor believed happened due to how his injury looked, did not match. BUT I will say that they were very responsive post-incident, but I can't leave my dog there anymore and not be worried for his well being. Whether he injured himself with a food bowl as they assumed, or another dog bit him, both are incidents that could have been avoided.. Don't leave a dog alone w/ any object that they can turn into a toy and chew away. Anyway, sad to no longer be taking my pup here. I hope they used his incident as a lesson learned and have changed procedures to assure all the pups remain safe.

The grooming for each one was beautifully done and the timing spent on each one of them was as they had originally indicated it would take. I saw many of the same people return during the time I was there to pickup their fur babies and they were completely satisfied with the service.

I brought my 11 weeks puppy for a 4 week training program to help correct his barking on crate and to potty train him. I received my puppy back at 3 weeks meaning 1 week before training was supposed to end with a broken paw because he was bitten by another dog that was supposedly with them on a training program for behavioral issues. They blame everything on the dog and behave like the episode was an accident which I can't understand because I received the call and had my puppy back bleeding at 9pm (isn't 9pm bed time already?) so how both of the dog being outside their crate at 9pm was accident I can't really picture. Anyways I managed the "accident" with all the calm I was capable of to avoid unnecessary delays on treating my dog injuries and requested them to bring him to the vet which they didn't do automatically. When she call me she asked me if I would like to bring him to the vet after when; after a dog bite the first thing to do is exactly the vet! because of the risk of infection from a bite but she seem to have no idea of how to handle the situation correctly. They did took care of the initial vet bill that included X-ray and treatment it was around 800$ only after asking me if I would like to pay and she would reimburse me after, all this on the phone since she wasn't even in town her roommate was taking care of the whole shelter while she was in vacation with her boyfriend. After that she insisted on taking my puppy back to her house and of course I refused. How can I trust a person that is supposed to care and help my pet after having my pet bitten and a paw fracture in the same facility that was supposed to be a safe space for him to be trained? Unbelievable! Well long story short I gave my dog to them with 11 weeks for training with only potty and crate issues and I had my dog back with no big difference in his behavior and an injury that I am now responsible for! He now has a cast and is under antibiotics and pain medicine for 1 month! And other than paying for the first emergency care they have done nothing, they never offer to reimburse the training program I paid in full $2500 and she also refuse to pay for any expensive treatment that was required to treat my dog paw. Saying that she would only pay as much as her insurance will cover complaining with me for having to pay from her own pocket for the first medical bill!!!! Honestly is my first time requesting professional training and I am so sad that this was my first experience and that I run into this people. I wish I would have found a real professional to help me and I am sure i would have had a much different better experience! This people say they are professional but THEY ARE NOT! Don't let them fool you!!!! They have absolutely no idea of what they are doing and THEIR INCOMPETENCE WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE!!!
