Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. You aren't able to book any appointments online, only by calling. I called ahead and booked an appointment. I brought my little guy in to get a gull groom on his birthday. His fur was quite uneven and choppy, so my main request was to get him evenly trimmed. I showed the picture of the haircut I had in mind, and they took some photos for reference, which I appreciated. The groomer was excellent at communicating before the process. After about two hours later, I returned to pick him up, and he looked adorable with a little bandana they put on him. The full groom cost $75 before tip (pricy may vary by dog), which I found comparable to other places I've been and seen.

I've done daycare once and overnight boarding once. This is a very convenient location and the…read moreprices are very decent. They're open earlier and closed later than other pet resorts in the area. The first time I picked them up from daycare, one of my dogs was absolutely covered in hitchhiker seeds. It was their first time being at a resort but they didn't have any tear stains and probably had a great time running around. Hitchhiker seeds were a pain to pull out between their paws. For the boarding, I let them know about the outdoor allergies (again) and about the hitchhikers...picked them up and there were no seeds on them! I was even sent pictures during their time there. My dogs were pooped when they got home. Happy they got to run around and get cuddles while I was away! Took off one star because they can be hard to get ahold of over the phone and the mailbox is full and the hitchhiker seeds.
