Highly recommended pet sitter!…read more We met Katie shortly after we had brought our Yorkie puppy, Chip, home. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. Super responsive, super responsible, and an indispensable part of having a pet!!

First off, I am very impressed with their digital tools from onboarding/booking through the communication with the customer during their service. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

First time coming here and I must say I had a great experience…read more Due to COVID-19, they take extreme safety measures before proceeding. As soon as I parked, I called to confirm my arrival with Rambo. The nurse called me to note down all the questions I had before taking the puppy, as I mentioned my concerns and we hang up the nurse arrives to pick up my puppy curbside. After my puppy had been checked the Vet called me to confirm the checkup. Gave me over the phone my puppy diagnosis and suggestions. They then brought Rambo to me. My first visit was smooth and not stressful nor long. I wish they were closer, I will drive back for my second visit.

I noticed that they were kind of more expensive than my former vet, but since Curry Ford was closer, I was okay with that. Then, it got weird. I made an appointment for our two other dogs for their yearly exams and shots/heart work control. For whatever reason, I seemed to have completely stumped the hapless receptionist. Nice gal, but hapless. For the life of her, she absolutely could not give me the price of my two other dogs. I don't understand it. I wasn't trying to have her unlock the secrets of the universe..........just give me a price BEFORE I went in for the appointment. Never happened. I asked for an email, text, or call before the appointment to give me a price. Never happened. She also never reached out to my former vet In Oviedo to transfer their records. That never happened, either. So, I called one last time to get a price, and she still had no idea. I cancelled the appointments, and she never cancelled it. I still got emails and texts (lots of them) to remind me of my appointment. Wow. Such a shame that there was no follow up on such a simple thing. I won't be back, despite the fact that the Vet was a lovely lady that really seemed concerned.

Ventures to a number of vets in the Orlando area have been made over the course of 5 years, and I ended up settling for a vet who seemed knowledgeable and experienced on the front end but was ultimately money driven. Recently, I ran into an ex-employee of his who warned me to stop going to this vet who then recommended that I see Dr. Randolph. Let me just tell you what a big sigh of relief it is to have encountered a vet who is truly passionate about animals. I cannot articulate the correct words to express my sincere gratitude towards Dr. Randolph, especially after the wretched experience I have had with other vets in the past. Even though I have only visited her a few times so far, I am thoroughly impressed by her devotion to her work. Truly, she's an artist at translating the medical details of your pets issues into a simpler words that are much more easy to follow and understand if you're someone who hasn't the slightest grasp of any subject/concept in the medical field, like myself. When she explains things, she gets a little boisterous which can be intimidating, but witnessing her explain the multiple things that have been wrong with some of these cats is truly something. It's really her passion that's showing, I believe. When it comes down to it, it's not about the money. You're never going to find a cheap vet and if you do, you cannot expect real quality from that vet -- so if it's quality care that you want for your pet, you want to bring them to Dr. Randolph.

Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. A lot of people always talk about wanting to have more obedient dogs. This is the place to go.

First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.
