Not only did they repair the broken leg that I brought it in for, but they also fixed the other two legs, noticing that they were in need of repair as well. On top of that, they went above and beyond by stripping and re-staining the base of the table so that everything matched. The service was incredible! The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Phil responded and gave me a couple quotes based on photos I sent but gave a realistic expectation that he would need to see the piece in person due to the damage being against the grain to see if an in-home touch up could be done or if the entire surface would need to be refinished (no one else I contacted even mentioned this and some charged for an in person evaluation which Adam's Furniture Repair doesn't). He came and evaluated the piece and we decided to do an in home touch up which I'm really pleased with! I've had this piece since I was a child so it has sentimental value as well as being a quality piece. He also did a couple smaller fixes on two other pieces of furniture I had. It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. He was behind the counter taking care of business and helping customers and took time to guide me on which machines to use (and saved me money at same time)! He helped me from start to finish -- pointed out which machines would take care of what I needed, especially since I had so much. Washing everything at home would've taken me days!
