Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

Wow. What a disappointment…read more I'm very unhappy with the service from today. The groomer spent 35-40 minutes with my dog MAX. Apple was received at 10:02 and was done by 10:38... There is NO way she got a bath, blow dry, and a careful cut. There was also no style done to her face and head, so her head is tiny and just completely shaved - not a "boo cut" as requested. My dog was trembling when I picked her up!! And I could not communicate with the groomer since she only spoke Spanish. I was charged $85 for the "luxury spa package" and she certainly did not receive full care - and definitely no bath or fragrance. This was a complete disappointment! They have so many things for all different kinds of animals even some exotic breeds. They have good sales often. I like looking at the animals and reptiles they have in there too. I feel bad for some of the reptiles they look really sad because of their habitat being so small. I'm hopeful that they get sold quickly. We come here every so often to different locations.
