The previous technician came out to service for ants and I was so impressed with his service that I asked if he could sign me up for continued treatment. I noticed a blk box outside and was very concerned about mice. He filled the box with bait and laid sticky traps in my vents and between cabinets in my kitchen. I called today because two mice were on the trap in the kitchen and I wanted someone to come out immediately. The receptionist begin to tell me that my service wasn't covered by the apt complex... when I advised I opted for additional service after the initial treatment then she advised me that the sticky traps were not laid by your technician so your company couldn't service that part. When I advised they were, then she advised that she couldn't confirm that as no notes were on file and since the technician didn't write in depth notes then she couldn't have that service added in the quarterly service. I asked to speak to your office manager to explain the situation, who rudely cut me off as I was explaining what the last technician did and what services I was needing... and when I asked her why she would not let me speak she stated "I want to move the conversation forward because I know what you want" When I advised her that would not be considered good customer service, she advised she felt we needed to speed up the conversation... And my question to her was: "Why?.." - what could be more pressing then helping a customer figure out how to resolve a problem and set them up for continual quarterly service? I asked to speak to the owner and was advised: He doesn't speak with customers and there was no direct way to contact him. I believe this is very poor customer service for people who are calling your company as a preferred provider and choosing you, over many, to service their homes. Customers who are utilizing their hard earned funds to maintain a professional relationship between your company and their needs should not be treated as unwanted burdens. I do not mind spending funds in the treatment of my home but I would prefer to spend my funds with a company that does not have a problem speaking to me in a professional manner. I hope this problem is solved before you lose more customers. And I was advised by the same office manager there was no way to contact the owner to voice my opinion which is why I'm providing it on FB. Have a good day.

I had left a piece of cardboard laying for a couple of months next to a stem wall expansion joint in my garage, and when I moved the cardboard, I discovered not only that the cardboard was being devoured, but there was also an active termite mud tube from the expansion joint up the stem wall, and entering into the house wall structure. I then found old termite activity at the bottom of the door casing for the side personnel garage entrance. I first had a national pest control company give a quote for treatment after their inspection. This person told me he only had about 6 months experience, and I felt like my limited online research provided me with as much or more knowledge about my termite issues. Apparently, his training was focused on showing me their presentation videos of termites eating houses. Then offering me an un-affordable multiyear contract and financing. Their treatment plan included termite bait stations placed around my house. I do not like the idea of bait stations they may attract unwanted investigations from termites far and wide. Also, bait stations require continuous attention and added cost. Then I contacted Bob (owner), and he offered an initial treatment with other options that do not include unwanted bait stations, and no binding contract for continued services. I chose the trenching and exterior only drilling treatment that will last as long 10 years. I have the option for him to apply an annual, or as needed, exterior only spray application for other pests and as a boost for my ongoing protection against termites. Bob and his wife trenched completely around my house and/or drilled into the garage floor, and porch areas at the stem walls to access any termites that may be in the soil beneath. Bob explained the termites nest in the soil and travel back and forth through the mud tubes, so treating the soil beneath stops the traveling into the walls. After applying the termite treatment they did a great job of cleaning up.

I recently was made aware that my house had a small termite situation. This was not good news & I…read morewas very anxious about it at first. As you can imagine, I'm thinking worst case scenario & my house was going to fall apart at any moment. After asking around & getting some friend referrals, I contacted Strike 3 Pest Control. They were extremely friendly over the phone & offered to do a free in-home estimate. Strike 3 was able to come by fairly quickly. Their technician did a full inspection that took about an hour and provide us with a quote right away. He was also kind enough to throw in a full house treatment for the inside & outside. Luckily, I was told that the termites had more than likely not done any significant damage and this was actually extremely common in our area. We did get a second opinion from another reputable company, but they happened to be several hundred dollars more expensive & didn't give us much confidence with their level of knowledge. Strike 3 was able to schedule an appointment for about 1 week out. The work was performed over a two day period. The men that came onsite to do the work were very friendly, professional & worked quickly. They actually had to drill holes about every foot or so along the garage walls & around the back concrete deck. They filled each hole back in with concrete. There were several very small holes drilled inside where our drywall was. They also filled those drywall holes. We just need to paint over them again. Not a big deal. They were careful to vacuum up any debris that was left. I literally did not have to do any cleanup once they were completed. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I wasn't wild about the cost of it, but it really is a lot of work. I will more than likely use them in the future for any standard bug spraying. Since they did the treatment a week ago, we haven't seen a single live bug in or around the house. The termite work has a 5-year warranty.

A few months later, the nest became a serious problem -- more than 100 wasps swarmed my home and entered the attic. When I contacted the company again, they refused to go into the attic unless I paid an additional fee. They created this situation by failing to treat the nest in the first place, and then tried to charge me more to fix it. The technician also arrived unprepared to handle the wasp problem -- I had to provide my own pole so he could reach the nest, which I could not do myself due to my disability. He further told me that he wouldn't take care of flying ants and that I should "spray them myself," which is completely unreasonable. The service quality has been extremely poor, and I am very dissatisfied. I intend to cancel my contract, but the company still wants to charge a cancellation fee -- even though they failed to deliver the promised service. This feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
