Condescending, won't let you finish a sentence, acts bothered by you asking a question. Just absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with anyone. Talked down to me, like I'm an idiot. Still having pest problems, and she didn't even know what kind of pests, just said they would respray and that rain rendered the spray ineffective. That's weird, didn't know it rained in my home and attic. Never once saw a dead bug, never once saw a reduction in numbers. Nothing. Asked if they could use other methods, she cut me off and said we'll spray again. Then before I can say anything else she's rushing me off the phone. I have a friend who has a pest control company, called him up, he asked what was done and what my target infestations were. He literally laughed when I told him. He asked if they did anything but spray, and when I said no, he said that's why you find a professional that knows their profession, not someone who got a license and doesn't. He's coming all the way from Kansas in 3 weeks to eradicate my issue.

During the last year, we had to call them out a few times for extra service, and we paid every single time. My husband called. Somehow, we had been changed to the plan for every six weeks, despite having signed a contract otherwise. Fast forward to December 2025, and I saw a mouse or two. We live across from a creek and greenbelt, so this is not surprising. My husband called, and the next morning, I arrived home from an errand to find a gentleman spraying insecticide outside my home. It was not time for that, and we weren't having insect problems. What in the world? I approached him about the mice, and he had not been told that we had mice. This was quite off-putting. I told him where I saw the two mice that I had seen, nowhere near my kitchen, and he insisted that they were in the kitchen. He put down several glue traps, walked away, and we were charged another $100+. Merry Christmas! One of the glue traps that I insisted be placed outside the kitchen did, in fact, catch a mouse (NONE of the kitchen traps have caught anything). We put traps that we purchased in a few closets where we found evidence, and have since caught four more, nowhere near the kitchen. Yes, we know we had a serious problem. I think we're near the end of this thing, because our fabulous dog, who has become quite the avid mouser, is not on alert anymore.
