Tastebud stimulating warning! This truck rocks! Owner is pretty cool as well as his crew! I will for sure visit this truck again!

We ordered take out from this food truck. I've lived in Chicago and this was like reliving "The Taste" in Chicago all over again. So yummy!! Fried raviolis and pasta salad were spot on!! Meatball sandwich had a slight sausage taste in case that's something you don't care for. Chicken quesadilla was so good and home made chips are the way to go!

I am all about Muzzi's pasta salad. I love to spice it up by getting a side, or two, of magic and throwing it on top too. If i want something warm or am extra hungry, I will add a side of the fried ravioli. Can you say, YUMMM?!?! It wasn't something I thought I'd be so crazy over, but after trying them, I can't look back. John also has some of the best marinara that I have ever had, so you will want to make sure to order extra.

I had the Homemade Meatball sub for lunch today from Muzzi's Madhouse food truck. For an upgrade sandwich side of $2.50, I paired my sub with their homemade potato chips drizzled with reduced balsamic and gorgonzola cheese. You'll go mad with these chips. So good and hearty! They weren't stingy with their meatballs blanketed in cheese. It's like eating a slice of cheese pizza. Just a little pricey for a $12 lunch without a drink. They should have combo deals. Well at least I'm full and I can now take a nap (--)

The house chips with Gorgonzola and balsamic will make you smack your mama. The perfect balance of flavors. I've actually stalked this truck several times for the chips ... shhhh, don't tell. The Chicago Dog is also a force to be reckoned with!

Everyone loves freshly made Chicago food! Especially this girl, now that I have tried Muzzi's Madhouse. I would highly suggest getting the meatball sub. It is melting, gooey, messy, and delicious, with plenty of marinara and huge meatballs inside covered with mozzarella cheese and spices. If you have a friend with you, get a side of fried raviolis to share, and I am sure they will stay friends with you for a long time. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and I will be back to try more authentic food freshly made.

This photo shows how much I enjoyed the Chicago dog. Picture 30 seconds after opening the box.

These guys made an amazing Chicago Dog. And the Chicago beef sandwich was out this world. These guys are really nice even if they are Blackhawk fans. Can't wait for them to come back to our neighborhood so I can try a few more things.

One of the better food trucks in town. I headed out to the Food Truck Wars event today, but not before watching a news report video on Muzzi's. The husband/wife team seemed great, so it was on my radar of places to try. My girlfriend and I decided to split the chicken parm sub, much to her chagrin (she is a good sport with my picky palette). It wasn't quite the best I've ever had, but it hit the spot. Whatever the Muzzi's Magic is, it adds a unique element to an otherwise standard sandwich recipe like this one. The homemade chips were tasty, but definitely could use some seasoning. All in all, I would definitely be back and hope they continue to succeed.

Had the pleasure of trying a Lil something from this food truck today.....the fried ravioli.... This is actually something I would not usually order because when I have gotten before places tend to over cook them to little hard rocks where the filling explodes out......Well so happy to say Muzzi's version was nothing like that!! These were perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, nice soft ravioli, with yummy cheese in the middle..... Very good I thourouly enjoyed!!

I had their food for the first time and it was amazing!! I had the veggie wrap and homemade chips with gorgonzola and balsamic vinegar. I was amazing!! I hope to find them again!

I've eaten here on numerous occasions and have not once found myself disappointed. At this point I've had most of the menu items and have loved every one I've tried. My favorites so far are the meatball sub, the balsamic and Gorgonzola chips, and the fried ravioli.

This truck was serving lunch by our office one day. Not sure if the included container is their version of salsa or what but it was olive oil base, maybe? Still, I thought the sub was pretty tasty. I believe I had the chicken parmesan - tender, juicy and flavorful I think I should have went with their signature sub though. I will for sure next time if they are in the area.

Italian Grilled Chicken Wrap and Fried Ravioli

Finally decided to try this place at the downtown food truck court. I got the Italian Grilled Chicken Wrap with a side of fried raviolis. The grilled chicken wrap was very tasty and juicy. The avocados gave the wrap a very smooth texture, which was a great addition. The chicken was tender and the sauce was good. I only wish there was a little more cheese. When I did find cheese, it was gooey and delicious, there just wasn't enough of it. The fried ravioli was also delicious. They were very crisp on the outside and the cheese was very light and airy with a fantastic consistency.

I walked over to the food truck, which was the longest part of my experience with them. The nice man at the counter informed me that I could order on the new digital screens, but asked what I was getting so he could start my order. Incredibly great service! I put in my order and paid right from the menu boards! For the best part is, I put in my phone number and received a text when my food was ready, so I didn't have to listen around for my name. A few minutes later, my food is ready and I'm on my way! It was still piping hot when I sat down to eat five minutes later. Fries were crispy, sauce was tangy and the shawarma was balanced. 15/10!! Overall, make sure you check the out, you won't be disappointed! And if you are disappointed by their food...it might just be you...

I realized I had bad attitude one day, and I needed to change it, and the best way to change it?…read moreHave a fabulous lunch. Ella Maybe the best lunch you can have in North Florida. Yes, I'm talking about eating at the food truck called On the Fly. Calling it a food truck is in this number, I'm not sure what you would call. It is fabulous. Now let's start off with the negatives, parking is not as easy as it is for most lunch places, but it's really not that bad if you know what you're doing. There are plenty of slots on the street before you get to the restaurant, and if you called ahead and are just picking up then you can park in the reserve lot, where On the Fly is located. Now these spaces are reserved for lawyers going to the courthouse, which is nearby. So you can't park there here all day, but if you're just stopping in for lunch or if you've called ahead or just picking up takeout, then you should be fine. If you're in someone's spot, the first place to look is the restaurant, so just know you may have to move fairly quickly. For me, I like to call in advance, place my order, and then Park in one of the spaces. Then I pick up my food and go and I'm only there for five minutes. Now that that's all out of the way, let's talk about some of the best food that you will have in Jaxonville. On the Fly sauce - I think this is made by a team of leprechauns they keep in the back of the food truck. Because it comes out so fresh, so delicious, and if they sold it by the gallon, I would be numero Uno in buying it. Blue chips - a great starter chips and blue cheese, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and delicious. Firecracker Sesame seared Tuna - another solid performer, it has some kick to it, although the tuna is always perfectly cooked. Sweet and spicy quesadilla - oh my God, this dishes as close to heaven as I think I will ever get to. The chicken is so tender and put into a tortilla with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and covered in On the Fly sauce. I don't know how but this works so well you cannot imagine. Dorami Food Truck Experience -- 7:49 PM, Friday, April 10, 2026…read more I was genuinely excited to see Dorami listed in my neighborhood the day before and made an effort to stop by, even knowing I might be cutting it close to closing time. As I drove into the Bartram clubhouse parking lot, I was happy to see the truck still there. The service window was open, and there were no visible signs indicating that you were closed. I walked up, took a moment to look over the menu, and was ready to place a fairly large order. Unfortunately, before I could say a word, I was abruptly waved away by a staff member who told me they were closed--in a tone that came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. I completely understand that closing time is closing time, and there may have been circumstances I wasn't aware of. However, customer service doesn't end the moment service stops. A brief, courteous explanation or even a simple apology would have made a big difference in how that interaction felt. I came ready and excited to support your business, but instead left without food and with a very negative impression. As a military veteran who has spent time in Okinawa, I have a deep appreciation for food that brings back meaningful memories, and I make a point to support businesses that offer that connection. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Great food is only part of the experience--how customers are treated, even in brief interactions, leaves a lasting impression. Thank you for your time.

I ended up ordering the coconut shrimp, which the person who took my order said was one of their specialties and I added on the coconut hush puppies. Given that they had a huge sign saying that their cheese balls were amazing, I grabbed an order the mozzarella ones as well. I must admit that I was a little confused as to why a seafood place was selling cheese balls...but, oh well, I love fried cheese. I was told that since I hadn't placed my order online ahead of time, as I didn't know that was an option, my order would take 52 minutes. I was given a time to return to the truck. Nearly an hour wait is a long time for truck food. I tend to think of food trucks as a great go-to for a quick meal. I mean, even an hour wait in a restaurant for food is a ridiculously long time. Nevertheless, I agreed and paid. My order was ready right on time! I was able to skip the line when I arrived back there and received their text and everything was correct when I checked the boxes before leaving. Nearly everything was also overly fried including the french fries which were dark in color, hard, and difficult to eat. The shrimp were large and nicely breaded and they had a good flavor to them. But the coconut hush puppies were burnt in places and had no appreciable seasoning or flavor aside from coconut pieces. I guess I was expecting the usual spices in a hush puppy with the addition of coconut. And the cheese "balls" were melted discs of breading around some of the cheese. They were still edible but not what was advertised. I remember trying a brie ball from Nomi's Cheese Bar at Gastrofest years ago and what I got was much more successful back then (see pic). It looks like these companies have merged or perhaps they are the same folks?!?! The issues on the night that I went may have been because of the crowd or because their oil temperature was too high. I wish I had tried something that didn't require a fryer to be able to better asses their flavors. This truck seems to have potential but I just didn't have a great experience, particularly given the relatively high costs of the food.

I shared the order of four with my niece. The haddock exceeded my expectations! The piece of fish was huge so I split it into two meals.
