She is easy to book, very responsive to questions. I have three boys in separate, custom enclosures, and they aren't great travelers. Leslie comes by once or twice a day to my apartment when I'm away and takes care of all the food, cleaning and treats that this little dudes require. She sends lots of pictures and updates. I'm very comfortable leaving them in her care. I believe she may have some boarding options available also for the littles. Highly recommended!

They are so careful and respectful with the dogs, making sure they are in the right groupings, so that no one gets dominated, nervous, etc. But pushes them to expand their boundaries as well - no coddling. Just the right amount to keep the dogs well-socialised. They've won awards as best North Van daycare for several years I believe, and they are fantastic!

I ended up crying at home, since he called us neglectful pet owners and used ad hominem for NO reason when he was trying to explain why I needed to pay them money for our dog's teeth surgeries; perhaps I was hesitant and not agreeing to give him money yet, so he resorted to fearmongering, and he treated my pomchi like a number. Was completely unprofessional and ridiculous! As a healthcare professional myself, I could have said something scathing and defend my family's honor, but I was too upset. We were with Happy Tails since she was born in 2018 but every time we went there as she grow up, Dr. Kamin's mood seemed to worsen, especially when our dog's teeth started getting gradually worse despite our oral care, and it's a KNOWN fact that small breeds like pomchis are more at risk for periodontal issues. He embarrassed me in front of the secretary and other guests by yelling "That's not gonna work! Won't work!" when I was trying to purchase toothpaste for her at the front desk, and he could have went about it in a private, less devaluing way. I changed vets recently, and will never recommend him. Her new vet is absolutely wonderful, non-judgemental, and patient when discussing my dog's options etc.

Went here because my usual vet was all booked and I was very worried and wanted my cat to be seen immediately. 1) Front desk lady had extremely bad manners. Glared at me most of the time(?) and always on the phone. 2) The doctors here are always "unsure" of what's wrong and would recommend extra things " just to be sure". Spent 1k doing all the tests that they recommended waited over the weekends for the results to come back, and afterwards they told me, they did not find out anything specific and required me to do more tests so that they can find the exact medication to treat me cat. Yet when I went back to my old clinic they were able to tell me, my cat had a fever, the medication this clinic provided will not help and he needed to do surgery immediately so that his infection won't spread. Overall, terrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional and just cannot be sure with anything. Probably just finding ways for you to pay more instead of actually helping your pet. Find somewhere that actually cares. (Ps. Spent nearly 2k here for a case that cannot be solved just because "they cannot be sure.")
