I was bussing from Maple Ridge to Metrotown, and she not only met me at a sky train location (so it was easier for me to drop my dog off), but also met me at another sky train location to give me back my dog. She sent me photos of Tucker, my pup throughout the day, and when I got him back at the end of my day, he was exhausted (HOW I LIKE HIM!). To top everything off, she was super friendly, and gave me a goody bag of homemade dog biscuits to take home. Literally amazing service.

I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!

As I met more people, I had several people tell me about Woofer Walkers and decided to try them. My dog is always excited to go to daycare when we arrive. He loves so many of the staff and I always feel like Ali'i is in good hands. There were a couple of times when I had emergencies come up and the crew was always ready to receive Ali'i... they are always patient and understanding when things come up. One of the best places I STILL take Ali'i when I have to go away for the week or even just a day in daycare. Thanks to Bella, Justin, and crew for keeping our pups safe!

The previous place I was taking him was great except for the horrible stench, which I just couldn't deal with anymore. Pup Culture is in a great location as far as its proximity to my office, which is what I was looking for. Plus, they are open until 7pm, which is perfect - I work long hours and a 6pm closing time just doesn't cut it for me. My little guy (Maltese) perks up in the car when he knows we're getting close to Pup Culture and he literally lunges on his leash to get inside. All of the girls (I didn't see any guys, so not sure if there are any) who work there are super friendly and I can tell they genuinely enjoy being around the dogs. Whenever I need a daycare for my fur-baby, I will be going back to this place, without a doubt. There are dogs of different sizes there and they all seem to love it. They also offer grooming services, which i haven't tried, but will update my review once I've had a chance to get my dog's hair cut here. Keep up the great work! :o)

Nora is especially great, super caring and hands-on. There is an area for quiet dogs, active dogs and an adjacent outdoor space for their to get a bit of sunshine and to do their business. Overall it seems like a happy place for dogs and they are well looked after and cared for. I also like that my dogs come home smelling like themselves. When visiting other dog care facilities, the smell of urine and or bleach was overpowering. Glad to have found RTW.

Tanya is warm, knowledgable, conscientious, and skilled with dogs…read more I've tried several dog walkers and have had experiences ranging from really good (but with difficult drawbacks like being a pushover for the dogs or not having a cell phone in case of emergency on walks), to the truly terrible (I had a dog walker many years ago - who is well-rated here on Yelp, BTW - who, while I was vacationing, lost my dog on the North Shore, never called me, and simply gave up looking for him after four hours!). In contrast, I love everything about Tanya and her employees. They are kind and gentle with my very excitable dog, while offering training on pick-up to help him learn how to be calm when greeting people. They send photos of him with the other dogs, romping happily, sniffing, and just generally enjoying himself, which makes me feel at ease. I would happily recommend Pawz Unleashed to other dog lovers. Oh, and I live near Commercial Drive; although she's identified as a Coquitlam-based business, she is actually located in Easst Van, and just walks the dogs in Coquitlam (it's a great walk, too).
