Alison takes a maximum of 5 dogs on the group walks, so Camilla has plenty of attention in a less overwhelming environment. Most importantly Camilla gets to run off-leash and explore the local parks! Alison typically takes Camilla (& now my other dog, Jasper) for several hours, despite the "one hour" price. Both of my dogs are high energy, so the off-leash adventure walks are a great way to physically and mentally tire them out. Alison leaves a note stating the time she picked up and dropped off the dogs, along with a little sentence about where they went. We've bumped into Alison at the dog park several times and the dogs are always beyond excited & happy to see her!! I know Alison truly cares about all the dogs in her pack - on what I thought was Camilla's last day with the group before I moved, Alison took Camilla for the ENITRE DAY! Luckily, Alison was able to make our new location work, so Camilla & Jasper can continue their adventure walks with the group

Allie and Mark are completely responsible for leash training our dog, Jaina. As she got older, they slowly transitioned her into 5 days a week with group walks. They really got to know Jainas personality and matched her with dogs accordingly. She is typically out for over 3 hours every day on fun excursions with Allie. I called her on a Sunday morning super early because no other place was open to board my dog for the day. I was bussing from Maple Ridge to Metrotown, and she not only met me at a sky train location (so it was easier for me to drop my dog off), but also met me at another sky train location to give me back my dog. She sent me photos of Tucker, my pup throughout the day, and when I got him back at the end of my day, he was exhausted (HOW I LIKE HIM!). To top everything off, she was super friendly, and gave me a goody bag of homemade dog biscuits to take home. Literally amazing service.

They were the best people I could've chosen, kind, compassionate, and genuinely loved critters. She would go out of her way to go above and beyond, from working with my work schedule to obedience training, just because she saw something my dog was missing. He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!

As I met more people, I had several people tell me about Woofer Walkers and decided to try them. My dog is always excited to go to daycare when we arrive. He loves so many of the staff and I always feel like Ali'i is in good hands. There were a couple of times when I had emergencies come up and the crew was always ready to receive Ali'i... they are always patient and understanding when things come up. One of the best places I STILL take Ali'i when I have to go away for the week or even just a day in daycare. Thanks to Bella, Justin, and crew for keeping our pups safe!

Overall it seems like a happy place for dogs and they are well looked after and cared for. I also like that my dogs come home smelling like themselves. When visiting other dog care facilities, the smell of urine and or bleach was overpowering. Glad to have found RTW.

The care Susan gave Molly my dog was exceptional. She was so patient with both Molly and me constantly worry texting! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt Molly was safe, happy and being well cared for. We had become acquainted through a church we both went to and tended to mostly spiritual matters. It would be at least 4 years after getting to know Sheila of Kendon Kennels that I would have my senior Shi Tzu, Robbie Burns, use the kennel's services. I was apprehensive at first because I was Robbie's third owner and he had been rescued by my mother back in Ontario and he tends to stick to me like glue. When I bring Robbie for his stay at the kennel his tailing is always wagging in happy anticipation. This is something I noticed immediately as I've realized how professional, clean and welcoming the kennels are and Robbie seems to enjoy being in the company of the other dogs. Worst dog daycare I've ever used!! Not only is this "business" run inside the owner's own home,…read morebut they have had to shutdown at least once due to giardia outbreak. For those effected, some of the dogs may have gotten sick, having diarrhea issues or worse. Granted it was possible some else's dog had it, but what kind of daycare doesn't clean enough to maintain a clean environment for our loved ones. Don't count on your dog being able to be playful either. If there is any possibility that the dogs might play with each other and become a bit vocal, they are shutdown and put away in crates for a "time out" until their bad behavior is over. This more like a POW Camp than a day care of dogs. Leave your dogs here at your own risk! If they do something wrong, the owner will try to make you pay for damage from the dogs not being supervised and taken care of. Read that contract before you sign up and ask if you can view the areas your pets will be in. You might be able to at the end of the day, but that's so you don't see what happens during normal business hours.

Her daily rates are very reasonable considering the level of difficulty she deals with for our cat...(Miss Cleo), she's pretty mean, swats, hisses, etc. When we were still asking friends & family to help us, our cat was so stressed out by the time we'd get home. But now, even though she's so tough to handle, Noelle still brings her so much great care and sweetness. When we get home, our house is clean, the kitty litter is immaculate and our cat is groomed and happy! Noelle is more than a petsitter, she's a new friend for your little furry loved ones (sorry that's cheezy but it's SO true!!) :)

The owner replied that they do basic recall, leash skills, focus and more, and that they could accept our dogs. We booked them in. On the first day we got an email about how the dogs had done and a video of them at the beach. They were wet and tired at the end of the day. That was the only time they went into the water - all other days they stayed on leash while other dogs went into the water. The owner told us that young adult dog training was starting one weekend and that we could book to join it for around $250. We decided to go ahead and booked the young adult dogs training through their website. We got no response to our booking so asked staff about the training and never ever got a response. One day after returning home one dog took a pee on the stairs of our building. Either she hasn't been out for a toilet break or shewas very anxious. The last straw was seeing one of our dogs restrained with a harness at the front and one at the back on the beach walk. At home at the end of the day she was not herself and withdrawn and seemed upset. When we raised concerns we were met with defensiveness and escalating anger over email. The owner criticised our dogs lack of recall and over excitement. Our dogs do need some more training which is what we told them about and they assured us they would help with. It's also why we went to Noelles in the first place and it's why we booked the young adult training. Noelles provided no training, despite saying that they would, and didn't respond even we tried to book it. We paid for 5 daycare days for each dog and used four and have received no contact about getting money back.
