Usually he ordered before parts from his auto parts warehouse. Very reliable place.
When he see,I need my Toyota today. He told me at 9:45am ,go to O Raily Auto Parts on 1213 Carson Street, Torrance,CA
90502. What is 5 minutes from repair shop.I went there.
Person who helped me was Mark.
I told him,what I need. He told me,ha have one on stock. When he give me box with radiorator,I asked him ,do I need antifreeze? The radiorator is life waranty
I purchased and go back to my mechanic, when I get there the parking lot front of his garage was two cars and one waiting on reserve parking lot,what belong his garage. Two cars was inside his garage.
I find out it's better when he order, because they do delivery.
Some Auto Parts are very slow with delivery.
I give him my radiator, antifreeze.
I went see friend ,who have Auto Shop in same business park.
I was there 15 minutes. His sohn,who helping him fix the cars. He told me,you need to go back to O Reilly,they sold use radiorator.
Walking from my mechanic to O Reilly it's 2,5 miles.
walking with radiorator it probably take me 45 minutes.
My mechanic told me ,his sohn drive me there
My mechanic show how he find out the radiator it been use before. He show on radiator wet place also red antifreeze mark. When I get to O Reilly,Mark was at the counter. I told him radiorator was use,my mechanic told exchange. It was 10:45 am.
I just tell employee why I returned the radiator. I don't come argue. They know my mechanic well.
I told them call him but you know how is busy.
Employee Mark,told me new radiator it come to O'Reilly network 2- 2:15pm.
At morning they told me only one driver is working. They can deliver from 2:30pm-4-30 pm.
I told my mechanic, I have tomorrow important medical appointment.
Because I need tomorrow car,I told my mechanic,I am going walk and his sohn will come pick me up.
We pick up new radiator,they recognized my mechanic sohn. He also explained how they find ou radiator was use with antifreeze.
When we get to shop,his sohn finished car what he was doing before.
When work on the car,I received phone calls from O Raily. He want to talk with my mechanic sohn. He was working,asked me put my phone on phone.
What I understand,they give us wrong radiator. They order new one,they told my mechanic,new correct radiator,they deliver 4pm.
5pm,no radiator time is not going to my favorite. About 5:20 pm O Raily manager called my mechanic on his private line
He told me radiator will be here in 40 minutes.
I started thinking
I call my friend,he is doctor. Explained to him what is happened today with O Raily.
He told me, whe mechanic can't fix your car today. He knew where I was at O Raily,my mechanic,close to Torrance DMW.
My mechanic knew about tomorrow appointment.
I told him about doctor.Doctior recommended I should rent Hotel, tomorrow morning rent Uber or hire Uber,for appointment.
At 6:30 pm,my mechanic went to his office.Than he told his sohn,go pick u radiator.
When he was installing radiator,6:15pm
O Raily driver bring the radiator.
When they finished my car. My mechanic told me,go return this radiator to O Railly
I went to O Raylle,young employee,speak so fast I don't understandwha he was talking about.
I just askedabout return policy
He told me come tomorrow morning,they will help me.
I don't have time tomorrow,I am 5 miles from here.
I asked for his name, I don't understand because he spoke so fast.
I asked for his bus card or talk to manager.
He told me I can call manager,his name is on front doors phone number also.
I see this Elmo don't know what he is doing in the store.Don't recommend O Raily after this experience.
