I was not expecting this at all especially from Kith who's more known for clothing. There was a line to get in but for clothes, separate entrance for soft serve with no line. Most of the menu had soft serve with a type of cereal mixed in. We ordered a few to try. I thought it was ok overall. Service was nice. Price was a on the moderate to high for what it is imo being simple soft serve with cereal and not having anything unique flavors that stood out but were in Malibu folks so as expected.

Since I couldn't focus on the map (I really needed to go!!!) I decided to just stop here and ask where the restrooms are. I was given specific instructions and found one around the corner from here. Hubbers and I decided to come back to see what goodies they had to offer. I will admit that they're very pricey for our taste but that didn't matter - they didn't have anything we liked. So why the 5 stars? Because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us like we just bought the entire store. The minute that I walked in, he immediately walked over and assisted me with selecting the right suit and pair of shoes. He listened to all of my requirements and was able to narrow down the best suit for my needs in just a few seconds. Their onsite tailor came out and took all my measurements and even had my suit ready before the week was over! I have a slightly overweight and stocky upper body type -- their tailor worked his magic and made all the right adjustments to my suit to ensure a comfortable and relaxing fit. If you're looking for a cheap one-time suit, this place isn't for you. Their clothes are all imported and are therefore much pricier than department store clothes, though you're paying for the quality and precision craftsmanship. I would rather invest in this amazing line of clothes than keep buying overpriced luxury brand clothing from department stores that lose their color after one wash and fit awkwardly. I called and was told that the return had to be completed within 15 days. At no time was I told that they only accept exchange or store credit. I went to the store and they pointed to a small typewritten paper on the counter with the return policy. Unfortunately this store does not carry anything in xxl so there was not even anything I could exchange it for. I would have been forced to purchase a bunch of "stuff" that I did not want or need. This policy is absolutely the worst way of doing business. I did not come back months later and I had the receipt with me. This feels like a bait and switch policy and I would suggest no go to this store unless you are sure you want what you buy. My sister in law was with me and I exchanged the shirt for one in her size. She is the only person that was happy today.

After stopping in today to…read morebuy my husband a few of his favoriteT-shirts for Father's Day, I left the store with that same 2-star taste in my mouth as before. Same basic problem: the folding issue. Everything on the shelves is impeccably folded to a line. I very carefully (because I know how much the employees hate customers who tamper with their folds) eased a T-shirt off a very perfectly folded stack and the stack lost its perfect look. Then I accidentally brushed my elbow on another stack of nearby T's which caused an unfortunate crease on the one on top. The saleslady who hovered next to me during this mishap, perhaps in an effort to make it clear how much time they put into folding clothes at their job, took both piles of shirts off the shelf and made me wait with my items while she perfected the shirts' folds. After my daughter and I waited on her (no that's not a typo), she then announced she was now ready to ring me up at the register. This is and has been a continuous problem at this location. I hope management considers a workshop for the employees on quality and professional customer service. Making a customer wait with their items while you fold clothes is unacceptable and rude. This can and should be done after you've finished sale transactions. If I didn't like the actual James Perse clothing so much I'd truly never go back. Customers spending $400 on three T-shirts should be treated at a much higher standard.

While most are attracted to the ping pong table and comfortable modern furniture outside, eventually they'll wander in to discover this place carries clothing for men and women. Parking in this area is easy and the service at this location has been great. Can't complain-for once.
