The bar is a crazy nice perk that many residents take full advantage of which makes it easy to meet your neighbors, all of which are very friendly. The location has some great novelty but it does wear off. At first it's awesome to be able to hop over to a baseball game or concert and to have so many restaurants in walking distance. But after about 6 months it's kind of annoying feeling like a prisoner of the downtown events scene and being almost unable to have visitors due to lack of parking. There's also a super loud club across the street which can make it hard to sleep on weekend nights. These are the main reasons we won't be renewing our lease. So all in all if you want to live downtown and are fine with the above, the Ryan is a five star place! If I were to review actually living downtown I'd probably give it 3.5 stars, but to each their own!!

I've also seen many ball games , concerts , symphonies and plays. I've enjoyed bars and restaurants too. All within walking distance! I have seen several changes in management but there haven't been any as good as the current crew! Michelle and Alec go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also the best . I was so afraid a problem with my dishwasher would be pieced together but it was repaired with new parts quickly and beautifully. It has been a lifesaver to park underground in the heat as I have alot to load in and out of my car daily. Don't hesitate to check this place out! Especially the resort pool!! I am so happy to live here!

I did not have any problems with leasing staff like some other older reviews mentioned. I wasn't charged any extra fees when I moved out like some older reviews mentioned, but I also very thoroughly deep cleaned my unit. Overall, this apartment is a good place to live for the price, considering the nearby apartments are increasing their prices like crazy. Pros: - large units, nice layout - nice pool & lobby - no monthly parking fee - nice location - clean - good value for the price - computer & printer in lobby Cons: - parking fills up, have to find somewhere else to park if you come past 9 pm - extremely thin walls and floors, may get noise complaints if you have guests - no package lockers, packages are just dumped in a small room & sometimes takes forever to find yours - could have a better coffee machine in lobby, sometimes coffee is not stocked

Renters beware. This community may look beautiful from the outside, but my experience raised…read moreserious concerns about guest parking and towing practices. I was delivering groceries to a disabled resident living in an ADA-accessible apartment during the evening after the leasing office had already closed. The resident instructed me to park in the "Future Resident" parking area because nearby street parking was completely full and there appeared to be no reasonable guest parking available. I was away from my vehicle only long enough to walk from the keypad entrance, through the property, up the elevator, and deliver three bags of groceries to the resident on the second floor. By the time I returned, my car was already hooked up to a tow truck. When I ran over to explain the situation, I was told I had to immediately pay $100 or my car would be taken to the tow yard. I explained I was assisting a disabled resident and had only been gone for a few minutes, but there was no flexibility or warning given. The signage regarding towing was not clearly visible when entering the property at night, especially compared to the much brighter and more noticeable leasing office signage. The leasing office was closed at the time, and there did not appear to be adequate parking for the size of the community. It honestly felt like tow trucks actively monitor the area waiting for someone to park briefly. In addition, the hallways had a strong odor of animal urine during my visit. I encourage future residents and visitors to be extremely cautious about parking policies here and to fully understand where guests are allowed to park before stopping, even briefly.

The staff has been outstanding. Aaron is friendly and always willing to help. Gabe has been consistently helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. That level of customer service is rare and very appreciated. Everyone's experience is different, but based on mine, this has been a great place to live. The office staff genuinely cares about the residents, and I've been very happy with my decision to live here. Oh, and my dog loves it here too.

We booked this property through GLOBAL LUXURY SUITES AT DOWNTOWN PHOENIX. Stayed from May 14th to…read morethe 19th. We flew from Austin, TX, we were delayed arriving into Phoenix and came in around a little after midnight and we had texted and called this company to let them know. And before we landed, they responded by both phone and on the booking. com messenger. They send you some information talking to you about the stratis app and how you should get on the wifi and log in - however there is no information speaking to how the status of the app should change to state "within range," or something similar when you get close. For us, the app never changed from being completely greyed out, which meant it wasn't online and or registered online for us to even be able to connect to the wifi to check in. ON TOP OF THAT, there was nobody was at the desk to help us, no personnel were on the property from this company to assist. For over 1 hour after landing we were stuck outside trying to call this company and trying to get help. When we did get on the phone with some lady, she was rude and kept saying "well, this has never happened before, it's not our fault you cannot connect on the wifi to get in the building." We asked her why the app wasn't working, she couldn't get the app to restart or to reboot to get online, and at the end all she said was "Well I'm sorry, we can't do anything else from here, you will just have to weight until morning." Mind you, it's already almost 1am and we were tired, she didn't offer any further help, any accommodations or any other assistance at all to two women traveling late at night in a downtown city. I stated " so we are just supposed to spend hundreds of dollars for some other hotel because you cannot help us? and she said sorry but whatever you have to do." It was the single rudest interaction I have ever had with a hotel establishment and company and I will never forget it. I completely suggest that if you use this company, have extra money with you if you're going to be delayed and land late at one of their locations and try to arrive during the day. The only reason we got in, was because the tenants at this location were very kind and helpful. I cannot stand how this company treated us and everyone should know. Book at your own risk. Also, while the establishment was okay, the room was subpar, and the a/c unit did not work completely. One star review for GLOBAL LUXURY SUITES and this location for not having any accessibility and mediocre rooms for the amount of money paid.

It's coming up on a year of this. It sucks I have to move again. But this is affecting my mental health BAD. Not getting quality sleep. If I'm lucky I'll get a day or two a week 10/1 - it's honestly crazy to hear someone run across the floor with heavy feet before 7am And just dropping things on the ground that early in the morning. Even the day before trying to take a nap after a long day of work, and being woken up multiple times to loud thumps. Not just the heavy foot steps. But everyday they drop multiple things on the ground at the most random times. 9/28 - the loud thumping continues. What's crazy is most people that live here are adults and seem professional. It's like angry steps and a lot of bangs randomly. And furniture moving. Not sure what's causing them to create such loud noises. And today it's just continuing. Loud thumps. For the last few hours. Like someone is catapulting off furniture. Like grow up fr. That apartment is giving untrained adults with no respect for people around them. These apartments are too nice for this ratchet ghetto behavior 9/23: we love getting woken up in the morning at 4am on a work night to a loud drop. Shoot. I thought I missed my 9am meeting for a brief moment. Nope. It's just them. 9/24 continuing to drop heavy things on the floor late into the night. It's a daily occurrence. Just loud thumping and dropping of items on the ground that shake ceiling. I can't get more than 24 hours of peace. It's absolutely crazy. Mind you, I have my white noise on. And I still hear them. It's really just the constant walking back and forth with heavy feet too. They are pacing, up and down, up and down. Not going to another room doing something. But just back and forth, back and forth, back and fucking forth. It's driving me nuts. I am loosing my mind The week of September 13th through the 20th. Unit 651 wakes up at 5:45 am and heavy stomps and drops things on the ground all week. It's like they start their day working out and doing jumping jacks. They do this for hours. I don't get much sleep living below them. All 5 work days I've been woken up at 6am with stomping and heavy objects dropping on the floor. They pace back and forth starting from 6am on. My favorite part was on Sunday, when they started their pacing at 5:45am. I really hate living here. I am only getting 4 or 5 hours sleep a night and it's really starting to affect my mental health. Living under someone that is really loud is taking a toll on me. Feels like there is nothing I can do about it. I do like the office staff as people and the maintenance people do their job well. But the quality of life you can have living here seems really dependent on if you live on the top floor, or live below someone with common sense and curtesy for others. I hate living below apartment 651 I think they are horrible people. They are the loudest between 11pm and 9am. Getting up around 6am to walk back and forth for hours. Drop heavy things on the ground. They slam doors upon leaving or coming back. They seem like they like to go out late night so they come back home and are extremely heavy footed. They have random late nights where they are just dropping things between the hours of 2 and 5am. I can't get quality sleep here. I honestly cannot wait to move. I just feel like 651 are really inconsiderate people. I don't wish them the best.

It's labeled as luxury, but the cleanliness, professionalism, and luxury end after the lobby. To summarize, staff is sexist, racist, and dismissive. The property is underwhelming and dirty. No new appliances. As far as the physical building, the front gate is broken every other week, leading the apartment to open the back gate which allows anyone in without a key (completely erasing the security of the building). I've attached pictures of pet waste and human trash left in the common areas of the apartment for reference. Please note, I took these pictures several days after first seeing the waste but management didn't care to send maintenance to clean. As far as the professionalism, the staff is not available to help with any true tenant matters such as the resident app not working or tenants harassing other tenants. I've experienced both issues numerous times, and it was left to me to find where the tenant lived and confront them on their behavior. There is no consistency on when rent is taken from your account DESPITE using auto-pay. Most times, rent is pulled from our account 12-14 days after the due date. There are plenty of true luxury apartments in Phoenix, please look for others and avoid the mess. Especially as a woman, I do not feel safe here because of the staff's negligence.
