Coming home to The Ryan has been my favorite part of living in Arizona in the past 5 years! It is beautiful and I have seen some amazing sunsets from the 11th floor. I've also seen many ball games , concerts , symphonies and plays. I've enjoyed bars and restaurants too. All within walking distance! I have seen several changes in management but there haven't been any as good as the current crew! Michelle and Alec go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also the best . I was so afraid a problem with my dishwasher would be pieced together but it was repaired with new parts quickly and beautifully. It has been a lifesaver to park underground in the heat as I have alot to load in and out of my car daily. Don't hesitate to check this place out! Especially the resort pool!! I continue to keep an apartment at the Ryan for when I'm in Phoenix, AZ. Since I have been traveling for most of the past year, I cannot comment on day-to-day issues that others mention. While there were many problems in my first four years, the current manager (Michelle Jones), and staff run a tight ship and have turned this place around. The progress continues since my review in 2024: staff is conscientious about upkeep and responsive to resident concerns. I'm updating my review from a year ago to specifically call out and commend the following staff: Michelle, Alec, Makenzie and Maddy at the front desk; and Jermaine, Dre and Xaver with Maintenance. I truly loved living here so cannot give the building itself less than 5 stars. The management and maintenance team is super responsive and plans really fun events. The bar is a crazy nice perk that many residents take full advantage of which makes it easy to meet your neighbors, all of which are very friendly. The location has some great novelty but it does wear off. At first it's awesome to be able to hop over to a baseball game or concert and to have so many restaurants in walking distance. But after about 6 months it's kind of annoying feeling like a prisoner of the downtown events scene and being almost unable to have visitors due to lack of parking. There's also a super loud club across the street which can make it hard to sleep on weekend nights. These are the main reasons we won't be renewing our lease. So all in all if you want to live downtown and are fine with the above, the Ryan is a five star place! If I were to review actually living downtown I'd probably give it 3.5 stars, but to each their own!! read more

I've had a great experience living at the Ryan Apartments for the past 8 months. From the start, Makenzie gave me my tour and was super knowledgeable and helpful, which made the whole process super easy. The amenities are awesome--the pool is a great place to relax, and the gym is clean and has everything I need. The location is a huge bonus too, being right in the heart of downtown PHX and close to so many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Being attached to the Frys grocery store is so convenient. Overall, it's been a really good place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it. read more

Had an appointment to view the apartments. Called them because I was running late. No one picked up the phone. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. There was someone else who looked exhausted and bored before us waiting too. That was a telling sign. So we just left and grabbed lunch. At least it is close to plenty of food options! read more

The first thing was, I had an appointment scheduled but since I was in the area early I called to see if they could fit me in early. No one answered so I decided to pop-up anyway. I arrived and found parking in the parking ramp not realizing that I could've parked near the actual office in which I was not informed of prior to arrival. They should inform prospective interested parties of this important information before hand. I drive in circles for 15 min I arrived earlier than my appointment and told the leasing agent that I tried calling first in which, she was apologetic for not answering the phone. She was nice but a little rushed as she was the only one working so, I understand. When I asked about parking and explained that I parked in the ramp, she advised me to go into frys to purchase any small item to receive up to 2hrs free parking rather than to validate. Really greystar no validation for parking...First impressions are everything! ‍ The leasing agent/ assistant Manager was again, nice. I did ask to see a model with furniture in it that we walked by, which she told me we'd go back to,( after seeing a vacant) but she never took me back to view the model. This could have been a game changer had she shown it to me. The studio is spacious, nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and could really be a 1 bedroom if you closed it off, the views were amazing from the studio in which she showed me. The balcony is a bit small but waking up to the view would be the Key for me here. I do admit that, they have great rent specials going on, that actually peaked my interest. The 1 bedroom I wasn't a fan of, perhaps because of the one shown to me. Had I seen one that had furniture in it, may have caught my interest but the one shown to me, definitely ruined my interest for a 1 bedroom. The kitchen was ok in the 1 bedroom, I particularly liked the stainless steel appliances in both units. I really like the studio, but not for almost 3k when competition really close to this area, but up in a bit of a better area, are going for$1500!!! The turn off for me, was walking down the smelly halls, smelling and seeing garbage outside of doors. I am not sure if this is valet garbage pickup but it was not a good look nor smell and I'm definitely not a fan of this. The halls smell and the carpets in the halls could use cleaning. The halls are spacious for moving furniture in though, which was good. The amenities were amazing here, particularly the roof top pool and party room which are all on rooftop with amazing views. I found that "The Ryan" is 100% hotel living. Everything about this place is hotel vibes not "residential vibes" which is good and bad depending on your preference of living. The rates were steep compared to other apartments in the area but the specials could help with monthly cost. I personally didn't think that the rates fit this property even with its location. A studio costing almost 3k is ridiculous even in this market. This part of downtown have major homelessness and shady humans in the area which was another concern of mine. Walking back to the parking ramp, I noticed a unseasoned homeless guy walking behind me and everytime I turned around and looked, as he walked behind me within distance, he'd hide behind a pole, a teeny bush etc. as if, he was playing peekaboo... although funny, it was also disturbing. Sheesh ‍ I was unbothered but walked faster There's restaurants and bars under the apartments, as well as, Frys groceries literally attached to the apartments which was great but again, the area in this part of downtown isn't the best, as far as, living...and compared to other apartments in the area. If the rents were lowered, it may be worth the thought of being mugged. Overall, hotel living in a, not so great area with fantastic views. I'll pass on this one! First impressions were everything in this decision. Parking here as a resident is steep...I believe she said $125per month first car $50 second car(if I remembered correctly). This would be a great place to live if the rents weren't ridiculously high, homelessness weren't so bad and the garbage in the hallways weren't allowed. Not recommended. I paid $4700 per month in rent. There was rampant theft. The front desk staff literally watched someone steal my expensive Amazon purchase. Thanks to my efforts, I got the package returned, but the thief was not evicted, in fact he stalked me until the day I left, as payback for reporting him. I scheduled a move out inspection- they said everything looked okay, I moved out. Three weeks later I was hit with a $2500 bill for cleaning, painting, etc. Many other issues....avoid. EDIT: After this review was posted on Google, they took $200 off the $2500 bill. Unacceptable. read more

WARNING: Post contains a lot of graphic detail about dog poop INSIDE the building. Don't bother touring if this grosses you out. Where do I start with The Ryan, a Greystar property? We moved in January 2021 when the occupancy was LOW. It WAS amazing, the gym amenities were a little less than I'd expect for a luxury apartment building. I am not sure why we need additional stationary bikes in the weight and cardio area when we already have an entire room devoted to cycling with multiple bikes. This building started filling up fast in August and September. We could tell by the random pieces of trash we would find laying in our hallway for days. Then the trash chute ceased working altogether for 2 months straight. I emailed them multiple times only to be told they would be "addressing" the situation. BE AWARE, the leasing agents and management say this often and nothing is actually accomplished. They'll also tell you that you live on the worst floor if you complain, insinuating other floors don't experience these issues. I made friends through our mutual commiseration. They've been told the same thing, and they live on the 14th floor. But let's circle back to the trash situation.....the chute contains a button that opens the door automatically. That button would not work due to the trash filling up at the bottom of the chute activating the sensors (likely because they refused to pay more money to have the trash emptied more often). Residents were left with no options other than setting their trash in the Rubbish Room on the floor FOR MONTHS. Despite the leasing office knowing this issue was occurring (I sent emails daily for weeks), they would let it go for days at a time before clearing out the Rubbish Room. At one point, the office indicated they would be removing the sensors and installing handles on the chute doors. It has been 6 months since this communication, and I have yet to see that change. We also have neighbors that simply leave bags of trash in the hallways. The floors only have cameras outside the elevators, and I am positive they are not functional since they never caught the poop bandit who's dog pooped on our floor just outside the elevator. The poop was left there for over 24 hours. This dog also pooped at least 5 other times on this floor on separate occasions over the last few months. Each time the poop is picked up, the carpet is never actually cleaned so the poop is just ground into the hallway carpet. On a recent occasion, there were 4 different areas of poop that were ground into the carpet or left as full piles sitting on top of the carpet from dogs over the course of 2 days. The leasing office indicated there's nothing they can do to prevent it, since they don't know who it is, despite all those cameras. It has been 8 days since my last complaint, and there is still poop ground into the carpet despite their assertions a carpet cleaner would be brought up days ago. Also, I had a cabinet fall off the wall onto my head/shoulder while moving in after placing only my few small items in it. Glass was found in the pool twice forcing a full shutdown for days. The pool had to be "shocked" on one occasion. The hot tub has either been cold or non-jetted for over 6 months. The dog walk was closed 2 weeks ago due to a breakout of Giardia and hasn't reopened to my knowledge. This building is focused on profits PERIOD and cut corners at every turn trying to grow them. Maintenance is amazing, always helpful and always courteous. Housekeeping makes it to each floor maybe once a month at most. They keep the lobby and the amenity floor spotless M-F. Our windows were cleaned twice in one year. I've lived at 3 Optima buildings, The Link and Cityscape Residences and this is the first time I've encountered any of these issues. Every floor of every building was walked and vacuumed daily at other luxury properties, but we are stuck living on a floor full of garbage people, actual garbage and dog poop. read more

The other negative reviews here are not lying unfortunately. We moved out a few months ago and we still have friends who are living there (as of 8/22) and they say the issues have only gotten worse. If you decide to stay at this property don't say we didn't warn you. Here's a list of the issues I had while living at the Ryan for nearly two years: For how much money we spent on rent, this place should have been much cleaner. They tout it as a Luxury apartment but the only thing that felt luxurious was the price of rent. The hallways were rarely cleaned or vacuumed, same with the dog park and the 5th floor common areas. The elevators were also frequently filthy. Dog owners would let their dogs pee in them and management never did anything about it. Sometimes it would take over a day to get cleaned. There was frequently dog poop found in the hallways, especially on the 5th floor. Speaking of dogs, if you have one I suggest finding another place to live as there were a handful of Giardia outbreaks due to lack of cleaning the dog park. They used to fine people for not picking up after their dogs but that seemed to have stopped after they realized the measly fine wouldn't do anything to deter lazy people. They also say in the lease agreement that only certain size dogs are allowed to live at the Ryan but this is not true as there were some very large dogs living there. For the most part that is fine but there were a few very mean ones who had to be kept away from smaller dogs. People would also let their dogs urinate anywhere on the 5th floor, including hallways and the "yoga" lawn. Management and front desk turnover is very high, with new people coming in and not knowing what was going on. I will say they were generally all friendly though. Security is very difficult to get a hold of. We had a few occasions where people would get in from the street level and wonder the building until somebody called security (if you can get ahold of them). If you ever have an urgent request I'd suggest calling the police instead. The trash chutes have gone down many times requiring you take take your trash down to the 1st floor level and find the large dumpsters to throw it in. Fire alarms would go off every other week (usually due to something at Blanco's) which would shut down the elevators until they called somebody out to reset them. I ended up late to work a few times because of down elevators. The gate leading down into the garage breaks for months at a time, removing another layer of security. We've had homeless people wondering around the parking garage multiple times while I lived there. The pros of the Ryan: good central downtown location, nice apartment interiors, quick response for maintenance. The cons: everything else. read more

First impressions of The Ryan were great. Scheduled a tour to visit the property and see some apartments. The Assistant Manager Harry gave us the tour. He was great! Knowledgeable, answered every question, and let us take some time to tour and see the different 2 bedroom options. We have been looking at 3 high rise apartments in the past weeks and The Ryan's beautiful building, grounds, location, pricing, are what we chose. To be honest, Harry was the final and most important reason we chose The Ryan. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and time he gave us is what sold us. Looking forward to moving in! read more

**** BE CAUTIOUS **** I don't even know where to begin with this place honestly. There's just so much anger and disappointing feelings inside but we all have to speak up sooner or later to make others aware of how terrible management here is. First off, I've been living here since 10/31/21 technically but I didn't move in till 11/1/21 since 10/31 was a Sunday and banks were closed to get them their security deposit check so I waited till 11/1 On 11/4 i was obviously still moving in, keep in mind at that time I was working from 6am to 930pm and had very limited time to move things so anyway, by 11/4 I was pretty much moved in but had a bunch of boxes that needed to be unboxed and for things to be put away, so I'm unboxing my bathroom stuff one hand grabbing something out of the box while I pull to open the drawer with my other hand the whole face of the drawer fell on my nail as you see in attached photo. As I look over to see what happened I noticed the drawer was stapled with a few trim nails (by air compressor) I know this as I worked in construction field better yet I used to install cabinets so I'm very aware how they are suppose to be put together so anyway I go downstairs to file a report with management about the incident. A month goes by between me speaking with them about what could be done since everyone was telling me my nail would fall off and finally they said we will have our attorney reach out to you. Keep in mind when you read their response I do not have health insurnace so I can't just walk into the local hospital for treatment. "As you are aware, you entered into a residential lease agreement for the lease of unit #### at Th Ryan for a lease term that has yet to expire. By entering into the lease agreement, you expressly agreed to comply with the terms and conditions set forth therein and are subject to the provisions set forth in the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act ("ARTLA"), A.R.S. §§ 33-1301, et sequitur. My client expects that you comply with all duties governing your tenancy for the remainder of same. On November 4, 2021, you reported to my client that you pulled out the drawer and the drawer fell on your toe. You reported that you failed to seek medical attention for the injuries alleged to have been sustained on this date and have alleged that you are likely to lose your toe, presumably due to infection. You have requested that my client provide compensation to you in relation to this alleged injury, claiming that the impending loss of your toe will materially affect your quality of life. In reviewing this matter, it remains entirely unclear how the cabinet drawer became dislodged and struck your toe. It is likely that the drawer in question fell as a result of either some user error or a failure to timely report any maintenance issue with the cabinetry in the premises. Please be advised, the terms of your lease and Arizona law require that you timely report maintenance issues to my client. Without any notice of any defect in the cabinet, my client was deprived of any opportunity to take action to address any potential maintenance issue with the cabinet drawer. My client believes that there was no neglect of the premises and its lack of knowledge of the issue does not create a compensable injury for you." This is 3 days after moving in, these people take ZERO responsibility, they will smile to your face to get you to sign and once you do they give two s#%* about you. *Hot tub doesn't work, hasn't worked since moved in. *BBQ grill doesn't work half the time it's only one grill for the whole community *trash bin on ever level doesn't work, they want you to walk down or take the elevator down to take your trash to the bin. *garage door is broken at least once a month *this is a smoke free property however you smell marijuana and hear loud music if you face the pool after hours *I know at least of 3 people that broke their lease since I moved in due to lack of management *theres evictions every month due to no background checks This is suppose to be a luxury property however, this is very far from that. If you move in get EVERYTHING in writing I'm still waiting for maintenance to come fix my ceiling mold from water damage. Just be cautious read more

I called The Ryan to schedule a tour after making the tough decision to leave San Diego. I spoke with Jamie who was friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy. I've always wanted to live downtown and thought The Ryan checked all the boxes. When I arrived I was pleased to see it looked even better in person. Long story short, I absolutely loved the unit Jamie showed me and received my approval/welcome email shortly after applying. Super easy! Jamie answered all my questions, offered to take additional measurements and shared her experiences regarding the downtown area. I've been here a month now and still love it. I can't gush enough about the Fry's downstairs. I'm literally there every day. MOVE HERE - you will not be disappointed. My apartment is beautiful with a view of the city skyline and mountains. We lived at The Ryan for 3 months and were so disappointed with management, the maintenance team, and noise issues we broke our lease early and left. They DO NOT live up to the luxury experience they advertise or charge your for rent. I am glad many people here have had a good experience, but we did not, and we spoke to many others who were unhappy too, so please be aware before you sign a lease and make sure you are ok with these items. The long explanation: We have lived in multiple high rises in Phoenix and Chicago, we were well-prepared and excited for this style of living. The first thing we realized is the quality of construction was not good. Even with 'concrete construction', we could hear our neighbors regularly (flushing toilet, showering, musical instruments, etc.). In addition, we had multiple major maintenance issues where our fridge broke over Christmas, and it took days to get a replacement, which meant we had to throw away most of our holiday food. Plus, we had multiple issues with our hot water heater, where we didn't have hot water for over a week and then had to fight to correct temperature issues (so hot it could cause 3rd degree burns after 1 second). While we understand things take time to fix, the lack of ownership and communication during this process made it incredibly frustrating. Also, there are constant issues with the hot tub, water leaks in the garage, and more that support our opinion that the quality of this building doesn't meet the luxury standard we expected. We escalated the issues we had with our apartment to management, along with billing issues (overcharged for parking space), and it took another week and us following up daily for the GM to say there is nothing they can do but give is a $50 gift card (which we never received, and billing issues never fixed). We told them that wouldn't compensate for the food and burden this has caused, and they stopped responding to our communications. This is when we gave up working with them and decided to leave. Note: They were never blatantly rude, but we had to constantly remind them and follow-up to make sure anything got done, and then eventually we just gave up. This was also not a luxury experience, which is what we expected. Other things you should be aware of - while the apartments do have fiber through Cox or Century Link, but they are all active all the time, which causes a significant amount of interference and your Bluetooth devices will often drop, or you will lose wireless internet connection for a moment. Major inconvenience when you WFH. Also, while not the building's fault, you must be aware that Bar Smith (off Washington) music on the weekends is a MAJOR issue for residents. The apartment has actively tried to take steps to resolve this but none of it has helped and Bar Smith music every Fri, Sat, Sun from 10pm - 2am is loud enough for plates and windows to rattle, and multiple residences refuse to sleep in their own home on the weekends. We lived on the east side of the building, and it was still loud enough for us to purchase sleep headphones to drown out the noise. Guests that stayed with us were miserable and never slept well because of it. read more

I have been living here since last summer and I plan on moving out ass soon as my lease ends, and highly advise against living here. Despite this building have 12 floors packed with units and residents, they only provide about 10 guest parking spaces for the whole building, which means they are always taken and it's almost impossible to have guests over when living here. In addition, the building has a package receiving service for when you have packages delivered. This service however costs extra every month, and I'm not willing to pay additional money to have my packages delivered, and the building basically punishes you if you won't pay for this service by making it very difficult to get packages. It has taken me sometimes days or weeks to get a package after it's been delivered, and I've still never got some of my packages I had delivered. Lastly, when I was looking at the apartment, the salesperson promised me a $300 visa gift card as an incentive to move in, however, I was never given this. I pay a lot in rent, I should be able to get the packages I order and have guests over when I like, and nobody likes salespeople making false promises. read more

move in was horrible, slept outside in my car 2 nights because they PROMISED me as an out of state move i could move in on __ day. The day of, they said the apt was "ready" but they literally couldnt schedule the "move in tour" as i had paid and signed a lease without EVER stepping foot in this place. i told them let me move in, and we can "tour later" I literally have a uhaul of stuff outside. They declined and i got an air b n b...the tour was all of 20 min on the day of. Then they were extremely rude to my movers, making threats for "what it" which made ZERO SENSE! Then the issues mentioned about dog poop, alarms, security, package/any type of deliveries, i was charged parking even tho i was promised i wouldnt b, because i didnt have a car! The call box never worked, trash chutes either just do much. THEN they held my last months rent payment at the desk 3 days and sent me an email (after i told them i would be out of state in the hospital & to call me or put notices in my apt) and filed for an eviction. Upon sending the sheriff, they literally handed me my last months rent and said they wanted a cashiers check NOT a money order which came from the store down stairs with a receipt! Imagine coming from the hospital to that embarrassment/inconvenience which cost me thousands in the end. the location is great but the management is seriously trash & yes there is a high turnover rate at the front desk although they try to be nice as possible. I have yet to receive my refund. It has been over one month. The manager does not return phone calls or answer emails. Poor attitude from front desk agent, I asked for the corporate number and she said "it's Googleable" didn't know that was a real word. The two blonde girls at the front were incredibly rude and giving me attitude when I literally went up to them so nicely. Was coming to visit a friend who lives here and I was simply asking about parking and they were so incredibly rude. My friend tells me she always has a problem with them two and is planning on moving out because she hates dealing with them. These women need to learn about consumer service you guys need it! Do not recommend this place. Also looks like they are having issues with food safety and uncleanliness around the place. A person was complaining about how they don't keep the place clean, they have violated countless of food laws, and something about the sinks constantly being clogged and no one cleaning up after themselves. I was very interested in living in the Ryan! Seemed like the perfect place to move back to Phoenix and live in the heart of downtown. I began my search by speaking with a guy named Tyler who was super friendly and helpful. Sent my pics and videos of the B4 unit as I requested. We then scheduled a tour for Friday 3/25/22. I'm in town on business so my schedule changed and I had availability for Thursday 3/24 instead Friday. So I called in to see if I could come in earlier to view the property and leasing Manager JAMIE answers and mentioned everyone was busy and asked if I could stop by at 5 pm. I told her I would get their as close to 5 as I could as I had some business to tend to on the other side of town. I rush to The Ryan right after my meeting to be told by a very nice and helpful leasing agent named Joe. He goes to mention that JAMIE said my tour was scheduled for Friday and I correct him to say that Jamie asked me to come by at 5 instead. Joe then takes me on a tour and when we return from the tour goes to say that the B4 unit that I came to tour wasn't available and that it had been leased. I asked him why wasn't I made aware of that when I called to speak to Jamie or why didn't anyone call me to follow up knowing I was coming to tour today. The entire time Jamie is sitting in the office with RBF and had never spoke to me nor made me feel welcomed or valued as a potential resident. I specifically asked if she had all of my info while on the call she said yes but never gave a courtesy call or email to let me know the B4 unit had leases from the time we spoke. This is by far the best group of people staff and community wise. The move in process was very easy and they take care of everything for you. The rooms and views are amazing, as well as being right in the center of downtown! You cant beat it! Was just overall blown away in all aspects and again the staff here is utterly impeccable, helping you every step of the way even after you are done moving in! Quality of appliances are cheap, cabinets will break if any pressure is applied. dont count on hot water if any more than one person wants to shower in a day, there wont be any. Nothing about this residence is impressive. read more

The Ryan has been my top choice as I began looking to move a month ago. I had been in contact with Jess via email and had been provided some "special" pricing at that time and let her know I would be in contact once I had made a decision. Flash forward to this last Tuesday when I received both a text and email from The Ryan about rent specials. I reached back out to Jess to ask if the prices I had been quoted prior had changed. I received an email back with several quotes for units. When I attempted to email for with questions and to request an email, there was no response. I called and spoke to someone who quoted me rant that was 600 higher than two days prior and that the units I had been quoted were leased already. After hanging up, I checked the website to find the units were still listed, so I called back. The women confirmed at that point the quotes were sent out in error and she wasn't sure if they could be honored. I requested the manager call me back to sort out what happened. Still no response or call back. I'm really disappointed in this bait/switch tactic and the lack of customer service. read more

Beware! Things have gone downhill at The Ryan. Per the lease, security is not guaranteed. Currently, we have no on site security or gate to secure the parking garage. The gate has been inoperable for quite a while (months not weeks or days.) We have seen non-residents using the pool, strangers (one masked man) in the hallways, assigned parking spots occupied and is responsibility resident to tow, strangers in the parking garage, lock-out wait times up to an hour and fees increased, just to mention some of the hazards. Other issues have included piled up trash, which is smelly and a hazard, due to non working trash chutes, residents asked to carry trash back to apartment if chute not working, hot tub inoperable for months, lobby bar closed and no re-opening in sight, contaminated dog park, inoperable grill, non flushing toilet in lobby, the list goes on. Other reviews about frequent dirty hallways and dog feces and urine in elevators is 100% true. This is an excellent location and a beautiful building, great residents but sadly no pride of ownership from management and owners. Most complaints are answered by stating they are not required to provide these things per the lease. Management does not appear to care about the residents. read more

My fiancée and I are in the process of moving out of state to Phoenix. We've been searching for several apartments and The Ryan became our top destination. I reached out to tour the property and they were extremely helpful with understanding what our needs were and what we were looking for. Jessica H was the leasing consultant who showed me the units and answered all of my questions transparently. She's been extremely helpful from the start of our inquiry and I'm happy to say that we'll be moving in soon! Highly recommend The Ryan for anyone looking to move into the DT Phoenix area. Lived here for 1.5 years and loved it at the beginning, once it started to fill up it started going downhill but it's still a fun place to live if you're specifically wanting to live downtown! Maintenance staff is amazing!!! Super friendly and reliable! Upper management is why I'm giving 3 stars, absolute headache dealing with any problem. At another greystar property now and it's the same thing so I'm guessing lack of professionalism/ competence just runs in the company. Definitely worth the price though, leasing office staff are very helpful and I'd recommend speaking with Jamie or Tyler they are amazing people!!! read more

I recently toured here with my roommate and I was so impressed with this apartment! It is walking distance to so many restaurants, and even the new Fry's grocery store. The amenities are so unique, and the pool deck overlooks Talking Stick Arena. The apartments had so much more storage than I expected and felt more like a custom home. I can't wait until our lease is up so we can move in here! read more
