We were ok, but needed to find a tire repair place. We were out of state headed to the UP. He suggested Lalos. They were absolutely great. He and his daughter replaced the flat tire, drove to a warehouse to find us a match for the damaged tire, balanced the tires and alerted us to the slightly bent rims (ouch). He and his daughter rotated the tires to put the new ones on the rear and the old ones on the front. He checked the other two and sent us on our way. He stopped what he was doing and serviced us immediately. We arrived at our destination 5 hours later safe and sound. As total strangers visiting from out of town we felt like he treated us like family. And the price was very reasonable for the tires, which were for a performance Audi. Could not have had a better experience!

Heritage Car Care is right around the corner from me and had great reviews so I gave them a call. I dropped off the vehicle at noon on a Friday. They called me with a diagnosis and a very fair quote a few hours later. Turned out the rattle and check engine light were two unrelated issues and simple fixes. When you walk in the door there are two great vintage 1940's lithographs on the wall, one of Jesus and one of Blessed Mary. Their shop cat has her spot right on the main counter and greets everyone ... inspects paperwork. But their real claim to fame are the prices. The coffee is just so-so ... but the prices are great.
