We also spilt the turkey and brie sandwich. The sandwich was paired with the most delicious kettle chips as well. For my second visit, I went with the pizza grilled cheese (sans olives) and got a pimento cheese sandwich to go for my mother. We were both beyond pleased with our grub. Of note, right next door to Shea Cheese is Shea Lounge, which is a little bookstore and lounge to enjoy your cheesy items. Hubby especially loved the artisan cheeses, so we went to get a couple of our favorites, the Port Wine Derby and Shropshire Blue. Mahfam greeted us and was super friendly as usual. Unfortunately they were out of both cheeses. She did have a small chunk of Shropshire Blue left though and gave it to us for free! Mahfam recommended a different cheese for us to try and it was excellent so we got half a pound. Hubby ended up loving her recommendation even more than the other two. Mahfam knows her cheese! It replaced a holiday favorite that I can no longer eat and it made my holiday to be able to have a traditional type treat my palate and stomach enjoyed.
