Rude staff and management plus a weirdly difficult entryway that makes it unclear whether you're at "dine-in" or "takeout" means you'll end up spending $35 for a simple sandwich and drink, then have your drink spilled while being told you're not allowed to sit down inside. Skip this spot until they figure out how to manage the customer flow better than they do right now. Otherwise, you're just spending a bunch of money to be treated terribly. read more

I wanted to get some breakfast on my final day of my Atlantis vacation. I saw the low ratings but still decided to come and I'm glad I did. Many of the places here didn't have the best service-- Murray's had excellent service and food. I was immediately greeted and taken to my seat. A gentleman came over to greet us, and let us know the server would be there shortly. She was equally as friendly and took our order. I went with two eggs and home fries (which were really tater tots). You can choose toast or a bagel with that option. My daughter had pancakes. It was fine. This place gets really hyped up on YouTube & TikTok. We stopped in unexpectedly after needing to move one of our reservations after getting unexpectedly sick. It was busy at Dinner time but they were able take us right away which was great. The food was good where it was good and bad where it was bad. We ordered a reuben and an Italian sandwich with fries and chips to split. Italian sandwich was huge and very good. It is a cold sandwich so it held up well. I ordered it with chips. The chips are Lays (I believe) so nothing special. The Rubin came out very hot - steam coming out hot. Too hot to hold in your hands hot. It would have been really good, but we ate the Italian sandwich first so the reuben sat for a while. By the time we picked it up, the bottom bread was very soggy and honestly kind of gross. This turned us off. We removed that gross piece, and the flavor was fine and both sandwiches were huge. The fries were very good. I would order a while basket just of friend here if I could. Our server wasn't super friendly. Everyone is really friendly on the island generally speaking, but she wasn't. Might have just been having a bad day but she was kind of rude and short and ignored any questions we asked. It's worth noting that this seemed to be one of the continuously busy locations on site so maybe that was a factor? Was between a 2 & 3 star went with the two because it also could use an update. The staff at Murray's were happy to accomodate our diets after an awful experience at Claudio's where went with our entire family and the waitress wouldn't even send the chef over to speak with us about if they could make anything for us. We were starving and my partner and I were forced to leave to find food. I casually explained what had happened to staff at Murray's and they were extremely offended for us. They said the waitress should have sent the chef to speak with us and they offered to call the manager! They spent a few minutes calling him and left a message. Murray's saved us with outstanding food and customer service!!! I had a hard time researching if we were gonna starve when planning the vacation, but according to staff Murray's is "the go-to for allergies". Shoutout to Anya & Thomasina (front desk), Nikkita (server), and chef Rachel!!! All were incredibly caring and helpful! Anyway, they made us the veggie wrap with hummus, but didn't put my partner's in a wrap so it would GF for him. The veggies were DELICIOUS and juicy, possibly in a veg broth. They had the best fries (seemed GF?) the whole vacation. Yum!! We ate here 2 nights in a row (2nd night was due to poor planning on NYE). Not super loud which was nice. read more

It is almost mandatory when you are at Atlantis, to eat breakfast here at least one. You will thank me later!!! Yes, you can eat breakfast anywhere else around the resort but Murray's has to be the the top contender for a quality, filling breakfast that won't leave you disappointed or hungry. The portion sizes are large and depending on the level of your appetite, one meal could for all intensive purposes be split between two people. The pancakes are huge and super fluffy and come with your choice of meat and a ladle of warm syrup!! The french toast is worth every bite!! If you want to keep it all the way healthy, you can get oatmeal which comes with all the toppings on the side so you can dress it up just the way you like. Here's a tip, if you want it to stay thick, do not add the cream!! I love a good potato, so the home fries hit the spot!! Full on potato filling with a crispy enough outer exterior. The house coffee is sooooo good, add a little sugar and you are good to go!! No creamer needed!! The fruit punch is a pass as it tastes like that old school fruit punch flavored medicine your mom gave you when you were a kid, it is definitely not the fruit punch you are used to. Do not let the line discourage you as this is a popular spot for breakfast, the wait at max can get to 20 minutes but the time goes by fast. They do serve lunch and dinner as well. Everyone who works here is the friendliest!! They understand that most of their customers are on vacation so they are engaging with conversation, asking how your stay is so far and will even offer recommendations of local things to try and see. Located along the Marina, you can access the resturant from the lower breezeway between the Royal and Coral towers or from the front entrance of the Coral Tower, you can walk down the stairs towards the Marina and you will run right into it! Atlantis resort. I get it. It's a resort.. respect to pay resort prices. BUT for $29.77 (sandwich n gatorade), a Reuben sandwich should at least be edible. I forced myself to eat half with some crap fries. For a high end resort, have your employees get off their asses and stand when guests are directly in front of you. Designer shops are just inside the main entrance followed by the casino n sportsbook. Typical vegas style. Wasnt too busy when I rolled thru cruising with royal caribbean. I'm glad I did a walk thru. Caesars diamond status gets u a free stay with casino play minimums.. but I wouldn't waste your hard earned $ at this money grab location. The only plus is how they keep the hotel section exclusive to hotel guests. I guess if you wanted to be a walk-in guest, you're SOL. Very clean inside! read more
