Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. They accepted my insurance and even provided a link for financing for which I was approved for !! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities,this was my dream place... What could go wrong??? Hadeer was very responsive to all my questions via email which meant a lot to me... I was a bit apprehensive about the cancellation policies which varies from a $100 to possible up to $8000 or more if you had to reschedule surgery within a month., I was still willing to take that gamble..however I had a persistent cough from mild controlled COPD and after checking with my Dr, he recommended I get clearance from pulmonologist. They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... They did not have care or compassion to tell me I am not their ideal candidate, I would be writing a 5 star review instead. PROCEED with CAUTION or you may pay with your life or health...

Since I was home all the time and wearing masks outside all the time, Covid inspired me to do something I always wanted to do. I got adult braces and now am finally fixing my bottom crooked teeth! Going to Dr. Thomas was a no brainer based on reviews alone. But a friend also recommended this office as she used them for her adult braces too. The service and staff is top notch and you can trust yourself or your child will be in the best hands. Another interesting thing about Covid is that it also had me re-think my lifestyle and I decided to relocate to Arizona just 5 months into my treatment. I didn't think saying goodbye would be so hard. When you find a great service provider you want to stick with them! I wish I could afford to fly back for adjustment but alas, I had to find another orthodontist to continue treatment. We never saw the same orthodontist or tech more than once. I don't know if they use random per diem orthodontists or moonlighting residents but the orthodontists don't seem to have much of a role. They come for 3 minutes and the tech does everything. 2. They are not careful or maybe it's a lack of skills. Something as basic as scraping off excess glue/cement so it doesn't puncture/irritate the gums when putting on orthodontic device. 3. There is no one on call for after hours at this practice. No one answers the on call service. They just don't pick up. You're out of luck if anything goes wrong after hours. 4. Difficult scheduling appointments. You must make your appointment weeks in advance. If you need to reschedule for an unexpected reason, there are no available appointments. They are also always running late. You wait in the waiting room, then wait again in the chair. Clearly overbooked all the time.
