First came a guy from Elite and so nicely…read moreexplained he couldn't give me a new battery without testing the old one and it had a bulge and might explode if jumped. So he made sure we were out of danger but was SO POLITE and explained soooo well. We continued to get messages from AAA but the times kept getting later and later. So I called back and a woman from Elite called me immediately and was on her way. Because of the way my car was sitting in the lot, she couldn't safely get to it to pick it up . She then called her hubby who had a vehicle that could maneuver my car for pick-up . They then pulled it across the street to a AAA approved place, filled out the paperwork about the bulge in the old battery , and sent me pictures of everything on top of that!!! This is exceptional service!!!!!! AAA, you have a great one in these people!!!!!! I am a 78 year old woman --this is old-fashioned SUPER service!!!!!!
