Darren is by far the best and most knowledgeable tow truck operator I have ever met. He was very careful with the 1964 Corvette Stingray that I needed to have towed. Darren took the time to carefully secure my car and protect it from any damage, he was able to place the vehicle expertly once he got it home. Nobody wants to have to tow their vehicle but if you do Darren and Millennium will take great care to make it easy on you and your pocketbook. Millennium Towing & Recovery - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I called Millennium at 10pm and had a guy there in about 20 minutes. I had a 36 ft fifth wheel stuck in mud. They gave great service.

I'm an event producer with Blink, and we worked with the Millennium Towing team during the festival. I cannot express how critical they were to our success. Whenever we needed them, they were there. 2 am... no problem. An emergency that required immediate service... no problem. Great professional service. read more

Millenium Towing, and Dave specifically, were an incredible help. We had many many pieces of heavy equipment that needed to be moved with very little notice. He answered my calls whenever they came through, and always had a great attitude. To top it all off- I was expecting a much larger invoice and was super happy to see how inexpensive all the moves were. I look forward to working with Millenium in the future!! Thanks again Dave! read more

I hit something and got a flat tire on Liberty Street in the West End at around 6:00pm. I pulled off the road onto a side street and had no idea where I was. It was dark and I knew I was parallel with Liberty but I didn't know the name of the street. I was too afraid to get out of the car so I used my phone to find my location. I then Googled a towing place and found Millennium. They said they could tow me to a Tire Discounters, but it was 6:15pm by this point and Tire Discounters closes at 7:00pm. The girl on the line then told me that someone could come out and put my spare tire on for me. Telling her where I was stuck was challenging, but she said it would be okay. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to arrive. I feel so bad that I can't remember the gentleman's name, because he was so nice and said he knew right where I was. It was about $70 for him to put the spare on, and they do take credit card, which is awesome. I had such a great experience with Millennium Towing. They were so nice and accommodating! read more

No genie Troy P I appreciate your concern a month later. Just wish it would have been that same enthusiasm the day of Brother! In fact, we have a brand new engine do to a recall only thing we had to come out of pocket for was the tow, which was fair priced & which we got doorside service & a trip to the store while in route dropping car off @Dealership. Save your excuses. & your money folks! This place is a complete joke, that's not funny in the slightest read more

Wonderful service by James!!! Broken down and was waiting on another company for over an hour. They then cancelled on me and I contacted Millennium and someone was out within the hour!! James came and was pleasant and very helpful. read more

Unfortunately I've had to use their services like 6-7 times in the last 6 months. Apparently 2019 is the year my two cars decided to mess up on me. I've had great service with Millenium towing. They're much quicker than other companies (which I why I went with them in the first place) and the price is fair. I have their number saved in my phone, that's how often I use them and will continue to use them. read more

Great experience!! Tony was wonderful and ensured I went to a shop with the best deal and stayed to ensure I was in good hands!

Called today when I tried 3 other places that I made to leave a message. They answered on the first ring and was here in 15 mins. Very professional. Would highly recommend. read more

Broke down 38 miles from home after a long day at work. Called and was told they were trying to find a truck. An hour + later I called back only to be talked down to and disrespected by the dispatcher. Glad they didnt make a dime off of me. Called in my disabled vehicle around 2:15AM, driver was 10 minutes away. The process was fast, driver was amazing!!! Outstanding customer service: fast and to the point but friendly and helpful. 20 miles plus hookup only ran me about $110. Def will be my go to if I need a tow again, but hopefully I don't. How much responsibility does a towing company have in towing the correct vehicle? Apparently none. After my car died - yes, my 2-year-old car died - I was able to get it down the street to the garage. The next day I had to get it towed to Superior Honda. I called Millennium Towing at Honda's recommendation. Superior Honda even called me in the afternoon to talk about my car. It wasn't until almost 5:30 p.m. when Millennium Towing called to tell me they had some bad news. They had towed the wrong car. The garage had called Millennium, saying they stole a car. I wouldn't say they stole a car. I get that it was an accident. Millennium said that the garage gave them the wrong car. Maybe. Maybe not. But shouldn't Millennium verify that they have the correct vehicle? Millennium said they would fix it and would call me back. When I didn't hear back by the next day, I called them. The cars had apparently been switched back this morning. I asked if they would refund the towing expense. Nope, they won't. They continue to blame the garage. Yet I'm the one who has to pay - with both money and (wasted) time. That doesn't seem quite right. If Millennium Towing isn't responsible for which car they're towing, then what exactly are they responsible for? read more

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and wasn't sure if my car was ok to drive. I called Millennium and a driver was there in less than 20 mins. They were polite, professional and reassuring. My car was in fact just fine to drive, and didn't need a tow at all. The truck they brought was clean, and well maintained. Hopefully, I won't need to have a tow any time soon, but if I do I will absolutely call Millennium. read more

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My transmission died on me in the middle of the street and the happened to pass me. They turned around and asked if i needed help or a tow, obviously I did and took it. SO organized and professional, 100 stars if i could, thank you Millennium!! read more
