I called Millennium at 10pm and had a guy there in about 20 minutes. I had a 36 ft fifth wheel stuck in mud. They gave great service.

I hit something and got a flat tire on Liberty Street in the West End at around 6:00pm. I pulled off the road onto a side street and had no idea where I was. It was dark and I knew I was parallel with Liberty but I didn't know the name of the street. I was too afraid to get out of the car so I used my phone to find my location. I then Googled a towing place and found Millennium. They said they could tow me to a Tire Discounters, but it was 6:15pm by this point and Tire Discounters closes at 7:00pm. The girl on the line then told me that someone could come out and put my spare tire on for me. Telling her where I was stuck was challenging, but she said it would be okay. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to arrive. I feel so bad that I can't remember the gentleman's name, because he was so nice and said he knew right where I was. It was about $70 for him to put the spare on, and they do take credit card, which is awesome. I had such a great experience with Millennium Towing. They were so nice and accommodating! read more

In fact, we have a brand new engine do to a recall only thing we had to come out of pocket for was the tow, which was fair priced & which we got doorside service & a trip to the store while in route dropping car off @Dealership. Unfortunately I've had to use their services like 6-7 times in the last 6 months. Apparently 2019 is the year my two cars decided to mess up on me. I've had great service with Millenium towing. They're much quicker than other companies (which I why I went with them in the first place) and the price is fair. Called in my disabled vehicle around 2:15AM, driver was 10 minutes away. The process was fast, driver was amazing!!! How much responsibility does a towing company have in towing the correct vehicle? Apparently none. After my car died - yes, my 2-year-old car died - I was able to get it down the street to the garage. The next day I had to get it towed to Superior Honda. I called Millennium Towing at Honda's recommendation. Superior Honda even called me in the afternoon to talk about my car. It wasn't until almost 5:30 p.m. when Millennium Towing called to tell me they had some bad news. They had towed the wrong car. The garage had called Millennium, saying they stole a car. I wouldn't say they stole a car. I get that it was an accident. Millennium said that the garage gave them the wrong car. Maybe. Maybe not. But shouldn't Millennium verify that they have the correct vehicle? Millennium said they would fix it and would call me back. When I didn't hear back by the next day, I called them. The cars had apparently been switched back this morning. I asked if they would refund the towing expense. Nope, they won't. They continue to blame the garage. Yet I'm the one who has to pay - with both money and (wasted) time. That doesn't seem quite right. If Millennium Towing isn't responsible for which car they're towing, then what exactly are they responsible for? read more

I am happy to give them the highest rating possible! I broke down after giving a coworker a ride home in new part of town. My insurance company connected us and quoted an hours wait. Millennium Towing was there in 20 minutes! They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, expedient, and took fabulous care of my vehicle and me during this unexpected nightmare. I got rear ended a few weeks ago and wasn't sure if my car was ok to drive. I called Millennium and a driver was there in less than 20 mins. They were polite, professional and reassuring. My car was in fact just fine to drive, and didn't need a tow at all. The truck they brought was clean, and well maintained. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My transmission died on me in the middle of the street and the happened to pass me. They turned around and asked if i needed help or a tow, obviously I did and took it.
