While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues.
