If they're busy when I call, I leave a message and I get a return call the same day. Everyone is kind and professional. We have never waited longer than 1/2 hr after arriving to see the dentist. The office & equipment appear updated and clean. Each exam room is large, equipped with X-ray equipment and they even provide a TV to help distract while having procedures done. They also allow you to go into the exam room with your child, if you like. We've seen both dentists here and they are both very informative and kind. Neither jumps to do unnecessary procedures.

Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. And his consistent devotion to the welfare of his patients above all else that has not changed since day one. But I never appreciated him more than when I recently underwent an emergency root canal procedure with him.. It seems Dr. Alex has a whole separate gear to handle these situations. It began with a slight nagging toothache, very minor, but concerning because I am fortunate enough to never get toothaches. On a whim, I called the office (closed-it was 6 p.m. on a Sunday), debated, then chose the option for the emergency line and left a message. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Dr. Alex, who was on vacation at the time. As always, he showed deep concern, and asked questions to which I replied that I felt I was not in crisis. (I am prone to self-diagnosis which, honestly, rarely works out). "Just too much aggressive flossing". He offered to send an RX for antibiotics and pain killers just as a precautionary measure. I declined-so very sure I would not need them. Ha! He suggested alternating OC Anti-inflammatory and painkillers to help with the pain. Monday being a holiday, he told me to come into the office on Tuesday AM at opening and he would take me right away. Fast forward to 1 a.m. on Tuesday and awakening with a throbbing, excruciating pain the likes of which I have never experienced before. Yes, an abscess on my gum the size of Texas and, as we discovered later, an infected tooth. Dr Alex was in the office waiting for me and saw the problem immediately. He and his staff sprung into action and in the next hour and a half, performed the first of two non-invasive stages of a root canal procedure in a completely painless manner. And with the aid of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment with amazing precision. But most of all, with caring and respect. Pain gone. Two weeks later, I returned for the final phase and am now in recovery. Still no pain! How do you thank someone enough for setting the gold standard for patient care? Try and tell the world.

I went to March Family Dentistry to have a new set dentures made! This dentistry has all the newest and best equipment on-site and it was impressive when the process first started! But when the dentures arrived the problems started! I kept breaking and cracking the new dentures and they had to be sent back to the lab several times! The Dr. placed the root cause of the problem on me and my eating habits ... until finally Dr. March realized that the guide pin implant did not line up with the receptacle in the denture. Probably a lab issue, but the problem should have been recognized on the many previous visits by the other dentists in the office that tried to address the constantly breaking or cracking of my new (and expensive) sets of dentures! Dr. March re-positioned the retainer/receptacle "cups" in the denture and my problems went away! My final issue with March Family Dentistry came when I brought in an upper Denture which had a crack in it to be repaired, when it was returned from the lab and I went to pick it up, it did not fit well and I asked the dentist who delivered the denture to adjust the implement by lowering a high spot where the repair was made. She said the only suggestion she could make was to have the denture re-lined. Another dentist that I went to after my experiences with March Family Dentistry simply ground down the high spot and the denture fit fine! Even though this dentistry is staffed by some very nice people I will not return! They charge high prices - which would be fine if you received a high level of competency - but I did not get the results I expected!

The doctor had said he hadn't filled front teeth since dental school and was trying to push it off like he didn't know how to do it, so he made me feel forced to crown the front teeth. I also clarified that Medicaid DOES cover white resin filling, since I called insurance to confirm. He said "yes" and my son came back to me filled with silver teeth. There are so many different people working there that no one has the right answers and giving false information. They also had given my son an appointment for months away to go under anesthesia and when I called to say he was having pain the appointment coordinator NEVER called back to try to schedule something sooner. I had to call the office at a different location to get any answers. My son's smile now looks terrible and my concerns were taken lightly and disregarded during clarification. When walking into the office it's instantly clear that it's just a factory line. Children sprawled out all over the floor after oral medication and employees flooding over to throw you in and out. The quality of care for children is terrible. No consistency with doctors or staff and that's why my sons needed anesthesia, it made him a nervous reck to be pack in a small space with tons of other children and staff members everywhere with no consistency on who was caring for him.
