I used to get to pick a toy from the chest, and we have been visiting this office so long that my kids have outgrown the toy chest! Drs. Kreuz and Duffner are the kindest, friendliest dentists. They stay up on current dentistry and are conscientious about your comfort---let's face it, dental work isn't always fun. Dr. Duffner was great even when my kids were little. One of my girls needed to sit in my lap for her first cleaning! ALL of the hygienists are great, and many of them have been there for years. Highly recommend these guys.

I go here for cleanings every 6 months because of him and his friendly, courteous and gentle staff. I say gentle because when it comes to your teeth and gums, it can be a painful experience. But not here, Doctor Duffner, always tells you your prognosis and speaks to you in a friendly manner and is not condescending at all, like other dentists, and is always concerned that you do the right thing to keep your teeth healthy and clean. His staff is also very friendly and gentle when it comes to the cleanings. I've had a couple of cavities removed and some teeth capped here and continue to come here for cleanings and checkups. If you need a dentist, you need to go here. The office workers are very nice and they definitely make an obvious effort to ensure that you are not in pain after having work done. I used my insurance and what they told me that day, is what i owed. I see alot of people mentioning costs that were not expected. Well i received No surprise bill later on down the line. I am making an appointment to go back soon and just wanted to make everyone aware that this is an obvious choice for dental work. The doctor had said he hadn't filled front teeth since dental school and was trying to push it off like he didn't know how to do it, so he made me feel forced to crown the front teeth. I also clarified that Medicaid DOES cover white resin filling, since I called insurance to confirm. He said "yes" and my son came back to me filled with silver teeth. There are so many different people working there that no one has the right answers and giving false information. They also had given my son an appointment for months away to go under anesthesia and when I called to say he was having pain the appointment coordinator NEVER called back to try to schedule something sooner. I had to call the office at a different location to get any answers. My son's smile now looks terrible and my concerns were taken lightly and disregarded during clarification. When walking into the office it's instantly clear that it's just a factory line. Children sprawled out all over the floor after oral medication and employees flooding over to throw you in and out. The quality of care for children is terrible. No consistency with doctors or staff and that's why my sons needed anesthesia, it made him a nervous reck to be pack in a small space with tons of other children and staff members everywhere with no consistency on who was caring for him. If you want low quality care, this is the place for you.

The confirmation system is the main issue: if you don't confirm within their text window (for context; I was already having phone issues and not receiving some texts a few weeks ago) then you get a follow-up message giving you only one hour before your appointment is canceled. That's unrealistic for people who work and can't always get to their phone right away. I called back during my lunch break three minutes after the cancellation text came in and was told my appointment had already been given away. In three minutes? That doesn't make sense. Then suddenly I was told I could have my appointment back after I complained. How can it be given away and then magically available again? Either I was misled, or the scheduling process is completely disorganized. On top of that, the communication was unprofessional. Being told "that was my bad" & with an attitude the whole time we spoke by someone in management is unacceptable in a medical office. It's disappointing because the dentist themselves is great, but the front office experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly suggest better training in professional communication or hiring staff who understand how to speak to patients respectfully.

An office that was told 3 times prior to her appointment that Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) was needed. It was not provided and they much later claimed they "never" provide Nitrous Oxide on first visit and she never requested it. The dentist and hygienist also tried to talk her out of her anxiety, which is about the dumbest part of this situation and shows the practice is more concerned staying on schedule than accommodating nervous patients. Her cleaning was rescheduled. My wife took a day off work. At 7:30 am the morning of the appointment, they canceled it. Apparently only one person is certified to use Nitrous Oxide. Sadly, I recommended this practice to my wife. I have left it as well, because they do not respect their patients needs. Another practice has managed to meet her needs.
